    摘要: A rotor is formed by rotationally cutting a metal mass mounted on a machine tool shaft under computer control, and also its outer periphery is formed with annular grooves by rotational cutting. The rotor is rotated on a shaft while feeding an abrasive to it, while a workpiece set on a stage movable along three perpendicular axes, i.e., X-, Y and Z-axes, urged against the rotor by moving the stage in the Z-axis direction. The surface of the workpiece is polished by causing the stage to be moved in the X-axis direction and reciprocated in the Y-axis direction, the urging pressure being controlled by measuring it with a pressure sensor.

    摘要: A frequency-dependent mechanism provided at the lower end of a piston rod includes a tubular housing displaceable in an inner tube, together with the piston rod as one unit, and further includes a free piston and O-rings. A shutter of a passage area varying mechanism is provided with an axially extending inner hole, orifices, and oil grooves. The opening area between oil holes 3C and the orifices 33B is changed according to the rotational position of the shutter. The opening area between oil holes 3D and 3E and the oil grooves 33C and 33D and the opening area between oil holes 3F and 3G and the oil grooves 33E and 33F are also variably adjusted according to the rotational position of the shutter.

    摘要: A double/triple-thread single-shaft eccentric screw pump is provided. The rotor of the pump overhangs little in comparison with the flange type connecting structure. The whole length of the pump is short, and the pump casing of the pump is short and small in diameter, so that the pump is small in size and light in weight. One end of a flexible rod is tapered and has a tapped hole formed at its axis. One end of the rotor has a tapered bore formed at its axis, into which the tapered end of the flexible rod is fitted. The rotor has a through bore formed at its axis, through which a tension bolt extends from the other end of the rotor. The tension bolt has a front threaded end, which is screwed into and fastened to the tapped hole of the flexible rod.

Further, according to another aspect of the present invention, a method for manufacturing an antenna system in which an antenna panel (1) is manufactured by combining a plurality of constituent parts, comprises the steps of: finishing front and back surface portions of each of the constituent parts so as to thin down the thickness of constituent parts; blasting the front and back surface portions of the constituent parts with abrasive grains; combining the plurality of constituent parts subjected to the blasting step so as to form the antenna panel (1) into a desired shape; and attaching an assistant reflecting mirror (3) to the antenna panel (1) acting as a main reflecting mirror.

    摘要: A multiplexer apparatus enables operation in a frame-phase synchronized manner regardless of delays which arise from differences in length of electrical cables that connect respective synchronizers to a multiplexer unit. The multiplexer apparatus comprises a clock supply for supplying a set of timing pulses including reference clock pulses and reference frame pulses; a first synchronizer for receiving lower-order data pulse streams each of which has a predetermined frame beginning with frame timing information and for generating a first set of data pulse streams the frames of which are aligned in phase with each other and synchronized with the reference frame pulses; a delay circuit for delaying the reference frame pulses to produce delayed reference frame pulses; a second synchronizer for receiving the first set of data pulses streams via electrical wirings and for generating a second set of data pulse streams the frames of which are aligned in phase with each other and synchronized with the delayed reference frame pulses. The delay of the delayed reference frame pulses is determined by respective differences in the arrivals of the first set of data pulse streams to the second synchronizer. The apparatus further includes a multiplexing circuit responsive to a second of data pulse streams and synchronized with the reference clock pulses for multiplexing a multiplex higher-order data pulse stream.

    摘要: An elongated jointing device in the shape of beam body has a substantially H-shape in cross section, the lateral bar portion connecting the pair of parallel vertical portions of the H configuration serving as a distributed fulcrum. A pair of flanged members are positioned with the contact surfaces of their flanges being mated. One of the grooves of the jointing device is fitted onto the mated flanges and pinches them. By inserting at least one wedge into the other groove of the device, the one groove is narrowed thereby pinching the mated flanges and an intimate joint is formed between the two members.
