    摘要: To provide a rolling bearing assembly, in which a grease filled within the bearing assembly is utilized to achieve a high speed feature, a long life and a maintenance-free and a lubricant oil can be stably supplied from a minute gap, a stepped face continued from the raceway surface is provided in a stationary raceway ring unit of an inner and outer ring units in a direction away from rolling elements. A gap forming piece having a free end confronting the stepped face is provided to define therebetween a flow passage and a grease reservoir communicated with the flow passage. The rolling bearing assembly is so designed that a heat cycle can be induced in the grease reservoir and, base oil of the grease can be urged to flow out from the gap by the effect of a pressure variation caused by the temperature rise.

Inner and outer ring divided spacer segments, having the load bearing portions, are simultaneously machined so as to have the same axially measured width. Along therewith, inner ring divided spacer segments, having no load bearing portions, are simultaneously machined so as to have the same axially measured width, thereby rendering the latter axially measured width to be larger than the former axially measured width by a quantity corresponding to the gap.

    摘要: The object is to reduce the temperature rise and thermal expansion of the angular ball bearing by releasing heat produced therein to the housing, while keeping its outer race loosely fitted in the housing.By filling the gap between outer races 2a of combined angular ball bearings 2, which are loosely fitted in a housing 12, and the radially inner surface of the housing 12 with a heat conductive grease 3 containing inorganic powder as a heat conductive material, heat produced in the combined angular ball bearings 2 can be released from the outer races 2a to the housing 12 through the heat conductive grease 3. Thus, it is possible to reduce temperature rise and thermal expansion of the angular ball bearings 2, while keeping them loosely fitted in the housing.

    摘要: A bearing assembly includes a double-row cylindrical roller bearing having no seals and having a grease sealed in its internal space. A double-row angular ball bearing having seals is provided in juxtaposition with one end face of the double-row cylindrical roller bearing. During run-in, part of the grease sealed in the double-row cylindrical roller bearing adheres to the outer surface of one of the seals of the angular ball bearing that faces the internal space of the cylindrical roller bearing. This increases the initial amount of grease sealed in the internal space of the cylindrical roller bearing, thereby prolonging its life.
