摘要: A printer 1 includes a sheet storage unit 6 in which a stack of sheets can be set, a pickup roller 12 which contacts one side of the stack of sheets set in the sheet storage unit 6, and a lid 10 which covers the other side of the stack of sheets. In this structure, each sheet 7 is conveyed toward a print mechanism unit 14 by the revolution of the pickup roller 12. The printer 1 is provided with first ribs 10a and a second rib 3a which forcibly curl the sheets 7 set in the sheet storage unit 6 in the sheet width direction.

摘要: A sheet package 9 in accordance with the present invention includes sheets 7 as print mediums for a printer and a package member 8 surrounding the sheets 7 which have been stacked up. The sheet package 9 is configured so that the sheets 7 can be set in the printer together with the package member 8 exposing part of the sheets 7. The package member 8 is integrally provided with a flap part 44 which can expose part of the sheets 7 by being opened when the sheet package 9 is set in the printer and cover the exposed part of the sheets 7 by being closed when the sheet package 9 is not used.

摘要: A sheet in accordance with the present invention includes sheets as print mediums for a printer and a package member surrounding the sheets which have been stacked up. The sheet package is configured so that the sheets can be set in the printer together with the package member exposing part of the sheets. The package member is integrally provided with a flap part which can expose part of the sheets by being opened when the sheet package is set in the printer and cover the exposed part of the sheets by being closed when the sheet package is not used.

摘要: A stamp unit 1 is formed so that the circumference of the stamp material 3 is made as a slant surface 83 by heat-pressing both the lower end 4a of the holder 4 and the circumference of the stamp material 3. The lower end 4a of the holder 4 is formed in a wedge 82 so as to hook the circumference of the stamp material 3. Thereby the stamp material 3 can be surely retained to the holder 4, and the stamp material 3 and the holder 4 can be firmly sealed. As a result, stamping durability is remarkably improved when many stamping operations are repeated.

摘要: The disclosed invention is a stamp unit that includes a holder member having an end. A stamp material is made of a porous material retained by the holder member. The stamp material has a front surface projected form the end of the holder member and a circumference portion. The front surface includes an effective stamp surface that includes a stamping portion and a non-stamping portion. The circumference portion is defined at least by an area existing between positions corresponding to the end of the holder member and the effective stamp surface, within an exposed area of the stamp material from the holder member, the area being entirely covered by a sealant.

摘要: A stamp device for a seal plate is provided, which is configured so that the seal plate is easily attachable to and detachable from a supporter of the stamp device for removal or replacement and so that the seal plate does not detach or shift from the stamp device during a stamping or marking operation. The stamp device includes a supporter having a pair of longitudinally extending engaging claws for pinching opposite longitudinally extending edge faces of the seal plate; a recessed groove stopper portion for receiving and holding one end portion of the seal plate; and a pressure sensitive weak adhesive layer provided on a seal plate supporting face of the supporter.

摘要: A stamp unit capable of preventing ink from leaking out of the stamp unit is disclosed. The stamp unit includes a skirt member attached to an ink impregnated body. The skirt member has a substrate formed with a through-hole at its center. A pair of first guides and a pair of second guides are provided on the substrate for guiding corresponding edge portions of a stencil sheet. The first guides extend in a lengthwise direction of the substrate, and the second guides extend in a widthwise direction of the substrate. A pair of third guides are provided on the substrate outside of the second guides. The third guides guide corner portions of the stencil sheet so as to position between the second guides and the third guides. The corner portions guided by the third guides have corners with sharp crease.

摘要: A stamp ink, for stencil printing, is made from a coloring-agent mixed in a vehicle made from resin and oil-based solvent. The stamp ink has a viscosity in a range from 20 to 250 poises at a shear rate of 20/sec under temperature of 25.degree. C. and has a thixotropy index T.I. in a range from 1.2 to 3.0 under temperature of 25.degree. C. where the thixotropy index T.I. is defined in the expression of: T.I.=(Viscosity at a shear rate of 0.5/sec)/(Viscosity at a shear rate of 5.O/sec).

摘要: A region for quantization having a value lower than the value B is assumed as having little influence by Bk data on the pixels in this region. Thus, in order to prioritize the optimization of the granularity at the start of the input of GY data, the LUT having a combination of GY and gy as an input as an input is used to perform separation quantization.
