    摘要: A self-rotation blocking mechanism in a scroll compressor having a movable scroll member and fixed scroll member fixed to a casing. The mechanism is constructed of circumferentially spaced opposing pairs of pins 9 and 10, which are connected to an end plate 12 of the movable scroll member 2 and a faced end wall of the casing 4, respectively, and which are in a side-by-side contacting relationship. The circumferential arrangement of the pins is such that, at every angular position of the movable scroll member, there exists at least one pair of the pins which generates a force in a direction opposite to a self-rotating torque applied to the movable scroll member caused by the compression reaction force. A locally concentrated arrangement of the pairs of the pins for generating such a force can be employed at the angular position which produces a larger value of self-rotating torque. Furthermore, the diameters of the pins are such that one half of the sum of the diameters is equal to or smaller than the radius of the orbital movement of the movable scroll member.

In this manner, even if a shaft rotates at high speed, the swing member is surely prevented from rotating around the shaft. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a piston from excessively vibrating, hence to prevent large noises from being made, and to improve reliability and durability of a compressor when the compressor is operated at high speed.

    摘要: A scroll type compressor includes a stationary scroll element, a movable scroll element orbiting about a given axis and cooperating with the stationary scroll element for compressing a fluid in a compression chamber defined between the two scroll elements, and a rotation preventing unit for preventing rotation of the movable scroll element about its own axis. The rotation preventing unit has at least a plurality of pairs of scroll side pins mounted on the movable scroll element and housing side pins mounted on a housing of the compressor. When the compression chamber has a reduced volume of 10 through 22% of an initial volume thereof immediately after completion of sucking of the fluid, at least two of the plurality of scroll side pins are arranged to be symmetrical with one another with respect to a line L.sub.2 which passes through a rotating center O.sub.R of the movable scroll element and is perpendicular to a different line L.sub.1 which passes through the rotating center O.sub.R of the movable scroll element and an orbiting center O.sub.S of the movable scroll element. The two scroll side pins are also arranged on a leading side to the cooperating housing side pins, respectively, in a direction corresponding to a direction of rotation of the movable scroll element about the rotating center O.sub.R.

    摘要: A scroll-type compressor for realizing the operating condition of complete 0% capacity without using an electromagnetic clutch. In order to minimize the power loss, a compliance crankshaft mechanism for allowing the orbiting radius of the movable scroll member to change steplessly to zero is interposed between a shaft and a scroll member. A guide hole having an inclined surface such as a two-step conical surface is formed at the end plate of the movable scroll member. A plunger adapted to engage by advancing toward and retracting from the guide hole is supported on a housing. When the plunger is advanced into the guide hole under the control of a control operation device including a control pressure chamber and a control valve, the movable scroll member moves radially, so that the amount of eccentricity and the orbiting radius thereof are reduced to achieve the 0% capacity.

Thus, when the revolving member revolves once, the piston reciprocates twice in a cylinder bore in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the driving shaft.

The first line passes through the rotating center and is perpendicular to a second line, which passes through the rotating and revolving centers. The compressor also has annular ring members, which contact at least a pair of the pin members of the movable scroll and the housing, to prevent the movable scroll from rotating.
