    摘要: An improved safety air cushion bag which is constructed with a main body of the air cushion bag, an air outlet port or hole formed in one part of the air cushion bag main body, a gas-permeable cloth covering the air outlet port, and at least a single reinforcing member for preventing the gas-permeable cover cloth from breakage or bursting at an excessive load being applied to the air cushion bag at the shock of collision, the reinforcing member being attached separately to the air outlet port, or formed integrally with the air cushion bag main body at the part of the air outlet port, in a manner to extend across the air outlet port with both ends thereof being joined to the peripheral edges of the air outlet port in the air cushion bag main body.

    摘要: An improved safety air cushion bag which is constructed with a main body of the air cushion bag, an air outlet port formed in one part of the air cushion bag main body, and a gas-permeable cloth covering the air outlet port, the gas-permeable cover cloth being provided with at least one dart, or being so designed as to provide thereon with a bugle-out portion to prevent the cover cloth from becoming torn out, or separated from the air cushion bag main body at the joined portion between them due to excessive load to be imparted thereto at the time of collision accident of the automotive vehicles, thereby protecting vehicle riders or passengers from unexpected danger of the traffic accident.

    摘要: An ethylene-.alpha.-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber composition which comprises two kinds of ethylene-.alpha.-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymers, �the copolymers (A) and (B)!, copolymer (A) containing ethylidenenorbornene and either dicyclopentadiene or .alpha.,.omega.-diene having 8 to 20 carbon atoms in the main chain as the non-conjugated dienes, copolymer (B) containing ethylidenenorbornene as the non-conjugated diene, the weight ratio of the copolymer (A) to the copolymer (B) being 30/70 to 70/30, wherein the copolymer (A) has a relatively low molecular weight, a specific ethylene/.alpha.-olefin weight ratio and a specific non-conjugated diene content and the copolymer (B) has a relatively high molecular weight and a specific ethylene/.alpha.-olefin weight ratio. Said copolymer rubber composition, when highly foamed, shows no reduction particularly in low tensile stress, and is excellent in shape-retention during cross-linking and foaming, and in compression set and processibility.

    摘要: A rubber composition comprising (a) a low molecular weight copolymer rubber which is an ethylene/&agr;-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber having a limiting viscosity [&eegr;] of 0.4-1.6 dl/g measured in decalin at 135° C., and an ethylene content of 40-60 wt % and (b) a high molecular weight copolymer rubber which is an ethylene/&agr;-olefin/non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4,100° C.) of 60-150, an ethylene content of 60-80 wt %, and an iodine number of 5-35, wherein the difference between the iodine number of the low molecular weight copolymer rubber (a) and the iodine number of the high molecular weight copolymer rubber (b) is 5 or less and the ratio by weight of the low molecular weight copolymer rubber (a) and the high molecular weight copolymer rubber (b) is 50/50 to 80/20, the rubber composition having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4,100° C.) of 20-50. The rubber composition exhibits superior roll processability and extrusion processability, excellent surface appearance and adhesiveness, can be processed easily, and produces vulcanized rubber exhibiting excellent mechanical characteristics and good low and high temperature properties.
