    Abstract: An acoustic wave device includes a first acoustic wave filter, a first conductor portion between the first acoustic wave filter and a second acoustic wave filter and connected to a second functional conductor portion of the second acoustic wave filter. The first acoustic wave filter includes a signal electrode on a second main surface of a first piezoelectric substrate and connected to the first conductor portion, a ground electrode on the second main surface of the first piezoelectric substrate, and a second conductor portion connected to the ground electrode. The ground electrode overlaps a first functional conductor portion and does not overlap the signal electrode in a thickness direction of the first piezoelectric substrate. The second conductor portion is located between first and second main surfaces of the first piezoelectric substrate and spaced apart from the first main surface.

    Abstract: An acoustic wave device includes a first and second element substrates each having piezoelectricity, and bonding layers bonding the first and second element substrates to each other. First and second IDT electrodes and first and second wiring electrodes are respectively provided on the first and second element substrates. The first and second wiring electrodes are disposed one above the other with the bonding layer interposed therebetween to define a wiring electrode overlapped portion. In each of the wiring electrode overlapped portions, the first wiring electrode and the second wiring electrode are provided in one of combinations in which one wiring electrode is a signal wiring electrode and the other wiring electrode is a ground wiring electrode, both of the wiring electrodes are ground wiring electrodes, and both of the wiring electrodes are signal wiring electrodes at the same potential.

    Abstract: In a filter of a radio frequency module, a first chip is provided on a mounting board, and a second chip is provided on the first chip. The first and second chips respectively include first and second resonators. The first and second resonators face each other in a thickness direction of the mounting board. The first chip includes first and second through-via conductors, and first and second wiring portions. The first through-via conductor is interposed between a first terminal and a first connection conductor portion. A distance between the second through-via conductor and the first through-via conductor is shorter than a distance between the first wiring portion and the first through-via conductor.

    Abstract: An acoustic wave device includes a piezoelectric substrate, first and second signal electrodes, and a first ground electrode on a first main surface of the piezoelectric substrate, at least one insulation layer on a second main surface of the piezoelectric substrate, first and second signal terminals provided indirectly on the second main surface with the insulation layer interposed therebetween, and a ground terminal on the second main surface. An acoustic wave filter is provided on the piezoelectric substrate. The first signal electrode and the first signal terminal are electrically coupled, the second signal electrode and the second signal terminal are electrically coupled, and the first ground electrode and the ground terminal are electrically coupled. The ground terminal includes a contact portion in contact with the second main surface of the piezoelectric substrate.

    Abstract: An acoustic wave device includes a piezoelectric substrate including an outer terminal electrode and first and second main surfaces, a filter including a resonator on the first main surface, and a conductive shield layer. The outer terminal electrode includes first and second terminals and a ground terminal. The filter is connected to the first and second terminals. The shield layer is above the resonator to overlap with at least a portion of the resonator in a case where the piezoelectric substrate is viewed in a plan view in a thickness direction of the piezoelectric substrate. The resonator includes an electrode electrically connected to the first or second terminal and an electrode connected to the ground terminal with the shield layer interposed between the electrode and the ground terminal.
