Abstract: A device includes a power receiving resonant circuit, a rectifier circuit, a voltage conversion circuit, and a charge control circuit that charges an electric storage device. The charge control circuit starts charging the electric storage device when a received voltage is greater than or equal to a first received voltage value, decreases a set value of a charging current for the electric storage device when a charging voltage is less than a predetermined charging voltage value, increases the set value of the charging current for the electric storage device when the received voltage is greater than or equal to a second received voltage value higher than a predetermined charging voltage value, and maintains the set value of the charging current when the charging voltage is greater than or equal to the predetermined charging voltage value and the received voltage is less than the second received voltage value.

Abstract: A wireless power receiving device includes power receiving coils, power receiving resonance circuits, and rectifier circuits. The power receiving coils each generate a power receiving current by being coupled to an external magnetic field. Each power receiving resonance circuit includes a power receiving coil and a capacitor. The rectifier circuits are connected to the power receiving resonance circuits and rectify resonance currents, respectively. The power receiving coils are planar spiral coils, and the power receiving coils are cylindrical solenoid coils. The power receiving coils and the power receiving coils are disposed in a state where a direction orthogonal to a plane of the spiral coil and axes of cylindrical shapes of the solenoid coils are not parallel to each other. A power adding circuit adds DC outputs of the rectifier circuits at a subsequent stage of the rectifier circuits and supplies power to a load.

A power management circuit suppresses electromagnetic interference between the power reception coil and the communication antenna in a predetermined time period by causing a rectification stopping circuit to operate to keep the rectification stopping circuit in an operation state in the predetermined time period with a received power voltage exceeding a first threshold value and by changing a resonant frequency of a power reception resonant circuit to a frequency different from a frequency being used in a wireless communication circuit to keep the resonant frequency in a changed state.

Abstract: An in vivo-implantable medical device includes a housing that includes a body part and a protruding part, and that forms a sealed inner space; a power-receiving coil in a part of the inner space and that receives power by interlinking with external magnetic flux generated by an AC current flowing in an externally located power-transmitting coil; and a circuit substrate including a power reception circuit electrically connected to the power-receiving coil. The body part includes a metallic biocompatible material and the protruding part includes a non-metallic biocompatible material. The protruding part is structured so that, for a magnetic path along which the external magnetic flux passes, a magnetic path in which the magnetic flux interlinks with the power-receiving coil while avoiding the body part is formed, and the protruding part reduces eddy current loss caused by eddy currents generated by the external magnetic flux interlinking with the body part.

Abstract: A planar-type wireless power-receiving circuit module includes a planar ground conductor, a substrate, a power-receiving coil, and a magnetic sheet. The planar ground conductor has a cavity in the middle section thereof. The substrate is disposed on a first main surface of the planar ground conductor. The substrate includes dielectric layers stacked on top of each other in a manner so as to form electronic circuitry. The power-receiving coil is electrically connected to the electronic circuitry and is disposed in the cavity. The magnetic sheet overlaps the power-receiving coil when the planar ground conductor is viewed in plan. The magnetic sheet is part of a path of magnetic flux passing through the power-receiving coil and is disposed on a first main surface of the power-receiving coil.
