    Abstract: A wireless power receiving device includes power receiving coils, power receiving resonance circuits, and rectifier circuits. The power receiving coils each generate a power receiving current by being coupled to an external magnetic field. Each power receiving resonance circuit includes a power receiving coil and a capacitor. The rectifier circuits are connected to the power receiving resonance circuits and rectify resonance currents, respectively. The power receiving coils are planar spiral coils, and the power receiving coils are cylindrical solenoid coils. The power receiving coils and the power receiving coils are disposed in a state where a direction orthogonal to a plane of the spiral coil and axes of cylindrical shapes of the solenoid coils are not parallel to each other. A power adding circuit adds DC outputs of the rectifier circuits at a subsequent stage of the rectifier circuits and supplies power to a load.

    Abstract: A magnetic coupling coefficient between a power reception coil and a communication antenna is 0.3 or less. A power management circuit suppresses electromagnetic interference between the power reception coil and the communication antenna in a predetermined time period by causing a rectification stopping circuit to operate to keep the rectification stopping circuit in an operation state in the predetermined time period with a received power voltage exceeding a first threshold value and by changing a resonant frequency of a power reception resonant circuit to a frequency different from a frequency being used in a wireless communication circuit to keep the resonant frequency in a changed state.

    Abstract: A planar array coil includes a multilayer substrate at which a plurality of coils are formed and arranged on a plane of the multilayer substrate. First ends of the plurality of coils are connected to switching circuit units of a power conversion circuit, and second ends of the plurality of coils are connected to a common output part. The coils include two coil parts in which currents flow in opposite rotation directions, and one coil part of one coil is adjacent to one coil part of another coil. The plurality of coils are connected such that operation of switching circuits causes currents in regions of adjacent coil parts that extend in parallel to each other to flow in the same direction. Accordingly, adverse effects by unwanted coupling between adjacent coils are reduced and a switching power supply device that includes the planar array coil performs stable power conversion operations.

    Abstract: A transmitter has a transmitting resonant circuit, a transmitting circuit that supplies high-frequency power to the transmitting resonant circuit, and a demodulator. A receiver has a receiving resonant circuit; a receiving circuit that converts high-frequency power received by the resonant circuit into DC power; a load circuit that consumes the DC power; a resonance modulator that varies an input impedance, viewed toward the load circuit from the transmitting circuit, to switch whether an electromagnetic resonance condition is established; and a transmission-signal controller that converts a transmission signal into a variation pattern, representing a pattern of variation per predetermined time period of the input impedance, to control the resonance modulator. The demodulator detects a variable that varies with whether the electromagnetic resonance condition is established, and demodulates the transmission signal based on a pattern of variation per predetermined time period with respect to temporal variation of the variable.
