    Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to provide an access network node, a user equipment, a network function node and a control method capable of steering a UE in connected mode. In one example aspect, a control method for an access network node includes: receiving, from a network function node for mobility management, at least one first network slice information, each of which is different from a second network slice information being used for a Protocol Data Unit, PDU, session with a user equipment, UE; and performing a redirection procedure for the UE from a first cell to a second cell which supports one of the at least one first network slice information in a case where the second network slice information is not available in the first cell.

    Abstract: The present document proposes enablers for multiple user identities per UE. It defines user identity profiles for the users sharing the same UE and it allows for these user identity profiles to be provisioned in the UE's subscription information. The proposal enables multi user UEs to register at the same time for one or more users that are sharing the UE with optional extra user-specific authentication and authorisation. When registered, such a multi user UE can initiate per user PDU Session establishment and also can be paged for per user (one or more users) mobile terminated services.

    Abstract: A system is disclosed in which a network entity determines whether a radio bearer should be maintained or released for a communications device. The communications device establishes the radio bearer via a base station of the communications system and communicates data using the established radio bearer. The communications device determines whether any further data is to be sent or received and/or whether a user-plane connection is required. The communications device then provides information to the network entity identifying a result of said determination for use in determining whether the radio bearer should be maintained or released.
