Abstract: An apparatus includes a signal acquisition part acquires oscillation signals from sensors provided under lanes of a bridge and close to an expansion joint, a signal separation part applies BSS to the oscillation signals to estimate source oscillation signals respectively separated in the plurality of lanes, and adjusts amplitude of the source oscillation signals to output amplitude adjusted oscillation signals, and a vehicle estimation part estimates, from the amplitude adjusted oscillation signal, a response oscillation due to a vehicle passing on the lane of interest to detect and count vehicles passing on the lane.

Abstract: A vibration detection device (10) is provided with a vibration detection unit (110), a sensor-side leak determination unit (120), a first transmission unit (130), and a second transmission unit (140). The vibration detection unit (110) detects vibration transmitted through piping (30). The sensor-side leak determination unit (120) determines whether or not there is a possibility of a leak in the piping (30) based on a measurement result of the vibration detection unit (110). When the sensor-side leak determination unit (120) determines that there is a possibility of a leak, the first transmission unit (130) transmits provisional leak information to an information processing device (20). The provisional leak information indicates that there is a possibility of a leak in the piping (30). When waveform request information indicating a request for waveform data of the vibration is received from the information processing device (20), the second transmission unit (140) transmits waveform data measured by the vibration detection unit (110) to the information processing device (20).

Abstract: To provide a measuring device wherein a measurement range corresponding to a wave shape to be measured can be set with a simple configuration. A measuring device (100) has: a measuring unit that measures changes of indexes with time, said indexes relating to an object event; a conversion unit that converts a measurement value measured by means of the measuring unit into a predetermined format within a previously set measurement range; and a control unit that controls the measurement range. The control unit changes the measurement range in the cases where a conversion value obtained by converting the measurement value by means of the conversion unit satisfies predetermined conditions in a predetermined period.

Abstract: A signal acquisition unit (2020) acquires a signal. From the signal acquired by the signal acquisition unit (2020), a detection signal extraction unit (2060) extracts, as a detection signal, a signal of any frequency band among a plurality of partial detection frequency bands into which the frequency band that is the subject of detection has been divided. A determination unit (2070) determines, in order, for each detection signal corresponding to each of the different partial detection frequency bands, whether the detection signal shows any leakage, and if at least a prescribed number of the detection signals are not showing any leakage, determines that leakage is not taking place.
