Abstract: A server apparatus (10) includes an image processing unit (110), a comparison unit (120), and an output unit (130). The image processing unit (110) processes an image of a product shelf in which a target product that is currently unprofitable in a shop is captured and identifies at least one of a shelf space allocation state of the target product and a state of the surroundings of the target product.
