Abstract: In a stator, one end portion of each coil is disposed on the root side of each tooth, and other end portion of the coil is disposed on the tip end side of the tooth. A first bus bar disposed on one side in the axial direction with respect to a stator core has each of a plurality of first joining portions each extended toward the root side of each tooth and joined to the one end portion of each coil. A second bus bar disposed on one side or the other side in the axial direction with respect to the stator core has each of a plurality of second joining portions each extended toward the tip end side of each tooth and joined to the other end portion of each coil.

Abstract: End portions of coils that are wound round teeth of a stator core of a stator are joined to joining portions of busbars that are disposed adjacent to the stator core. The busbars include extending portions that extend in the circumferential direction of the stator core. An insulating resin is molded integrally with the busbars. The extending portions are partially exposed through the insulating resin. These exposed portions of the extending portions are sealed in by a sealing resin that is formed of a resin with higher thermal conductivity than the insulating resin.
