Abstract: According to an embodiment, a bonding strength test device measures bonding strength between a flexure of a suspension of a hard disk drive and microactuators mounted on a gimbal of the flexure. The bonding strength test device includes a clamp, dummy, and device body. The clamp fixes the flexure. The dummy is adhered to the microactuators. The probe is engaged in the dummy. The device body measures a tensile load applied to the probe while the probe is pulled toward a direction to be apart from the flexure.

Abstract: A cutting jig cuts bonding material of a terminal joint between a magnetic head's slider and a flexure's wiring terminal. A base of the jig receives the slider. A blade moves along the base and faces a front side wall of the slider in a moving direction. An upright portion of the jig is formed on the base and has a stop face that faces a rear side wall of the slider in the moving direction. The blade moves toward the slider to come into contact with the bonding material, and is pressed to the front side wall of the slider. The bonding material is interposed in the moving direction while the rear side wall of the slider is brought into contact with and is stopped by the stop face when the slider is set on the base and the bonding material is cut.

Abstract: An electronic device manufacturing apparatus includes a conveyer, a plurality of heaters, gas supply source, narrow path part, and a plurality of guide parts. The conveyer conveys a work to which an uncured conductive adhesive agent is applied. The narrow path part includes a narrow path formed along a locus in which the conductive adhesive agent passes. The guide parts which guide the inert gas to feed into the narrow path include gas dispersion members which store the heat of the heaters and disperse the inert gas.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of feeding an agent, capable of stabilizing a remaining agent of a feeding part in characteristic and amount just before definitively feeding an agent to each definitive portion. The method includes intermittently moving a feeding part to a plurality of definitive portions defined on a structural object to definitively feed a flowable agent with a predetermined amount to each one of the definitive portions. The structural object includes a semi-finished product part with the definitive portions and a frame to be separated from the semi-finished product part. The frame includes a waste portion for the flowable agent. The waste portion has a same form as the definitive portions. The feeding part wastefully feeds the flowable agent to the waste portion with a same amount as the predetermined amount and thereafter starts the intermittently moving for the definitively feeding of the flowable agent.
