摘要: The present application relates to a battery controlling apparatus and a method for controlling a battery, the battery controlling apparatus includes a temperature sensor, a voltage sensor and a controller, the voltage sensor is connected with the battery, an output end of the voltage sensor is connected with the controller, an input end of the temperature sensor is connected with the battery and an output end of the temperature sensor is connected with the controller; the voltage sensor transfers an acquired voltage of the battery to the controller, the temperature sensor transfers an acquired present temperature of the battery to the controller, the controller controls the battery to be in a charging state or a discharging state according to the acquired present temperature of the battery and a relationship between a preset cut-off voltage corresponding to the present temperature of the battery and the voltage of the battery.

摘要: A cell includes a flat electrode assembly formed by superposing and winding respective first ends of a first electrode sheet, a first separator, a second electrode sheet, and a second separator. A first electrode tab is connected to the first electrode sheet, and a second electrode tab is connected to the second electrode sheet. The second electrode sheet includes a second current collector, a second outer membrane arranged on a surface facing away from a center of the cell, and a second inner membrane arranged on a surface facing the center of the cell. Respective starting ends of the second outer membrane and the second inner membrane are located on the second current collector between the first end of the second electrode sheet and a second bend. The second inner membrane is provided with an inner uncoated region at least at the second bend.

摘要: A device for removing a coating layer of an electrode plate of a lithium-ion battery comprises a conveying system (1) for conveying an electrode plate (6) and a laser system (2), the laser system comprises at least one laser emitting head (21) for emitting a laser beam and projecting the laser beam onto the electrode plate and a beam shaping mechanism (22) for homogenizing energy of the laser beam emitted from the laser emitting head, the laser emitting head and the beam shaping mechanism are electrically connected. In the device for removing the coating layer of the electrode plate of the lithium-ion battery, the beam shaping mechanism is provided, energy of the laser beam can be homogenized, neither damages a foil of the electrode plate so that welding quality of the electrode tab is promoted, nor results in remaining of the coating layer so that the removing quality is promoted, and the energy can be effectively utilized, thereby realizing maximum utilization of the energy of the laser.

摘要: A drawable adhesive tape and a drawable adhesive tape product. The drawable adhesive tape includes: a base framework extending along length direction of the drawable adhesive tape and having a plurality of adhesive-accommodating regions which extend along both thickness direction of the drawable adhesive tape toward interior of the base framework and length direction of the drawable adhesive tape and which are arranged at intervals along width direction of the drawable adhesive tape, and an adhesive layer filled in the adhesive-accommodating regions. The drawable adhesive tape product includes a release paper and the drawable adhesive tape, in which, a surface of the drawable adhesive tape where the adhesive-accommodating regions are located is covered by an oily surface of the release paper. The drawable adhesive tape and drawable adhesive tape product have improved tensile strength and improved adhesion strength.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a lithium-ion secondary battery, which comprises: a case made from a conductive material; a cell received in the case; a cap assembly mounted to the case in a sealing way and equipped with electrode posts electrically connected to the cell, the electrode posts are a positive post and a negative electrode post; an electrolyte injected in the case; and at least one adapter member, the each adapter member is made from a conductive material and comprises: a connection portion fixedly connected to the corresponding one electrode post equipped to the cap assembly; and a contact portion extending downwardly into a space between the cell and the case from the connection portion at a lateral side of the cell, so that the contact portion contacts with the case to realize a short-circuit between the electrode posts when the case is crushed under an external force.
