摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for stripping a resist film, which includes a cured resin having a phosphate ester group or a carboxyl group, by using a resist stripping solution having high strippability, the method being characterized in that deterioration of the strippability of the resist stripping solution is suppressed and the phosphorus concentration in the resist stripping solution is not substantially increased. In this method, a resist stripping solution is brought into contact with a resist film, which includes a cured resin having a phosphate ester group or a carboxyl group and is disposed on a metal plate, and the resist film is stripped from the metal plate. In this method, the resist stripping solution contains a benzyl alcohol, water in a mass ratio to the benzyl alcohol of 0.3-2.5, and a surfactant, and is substantially free of caustic alkali components.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative construction plate, the method including subjecting a metal siding material including: a metallic substrate on which a recess-projection pattern having a height difference of 0.5 mm or more is formed and on which an ink receiving layer formed from a resin composition is provided; a core material; and a back-side material, to flame treatment by exposing the metal siding material to flame with an output of 250 kJ/h to 12000 kJ/h per 10-mm width of a flame port of a burner so that the surface temperature of the substrate does not exceed 300° C., followed by performing inkjet printing using an active ray curable ink.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a decorative building board, including: ejecting active ray-curable ink from an ink jet recording head onto a building board that includes a base material selected from a metallic base material and a ceramic base material and an ink receiving layer arranged on the base material, the ink receiving layer being obtained by curing a resin composition and having an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) specified under JIS B 0601:2001 of from 0.4 μm to 3 μm, to thereby perform printing on the ink receiving layer; and irradiating the active ray-curable ink with an active ray from 2.2 seconds to 30 seconds after the active ray-curable ink lands on the ink receiving layer.
