Abstract: Provided is a masking tape for a shot peening process, including: a substrate having a first surface and a second surface; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The masking tape has a breaking strength of 55 N/15 mm or more and exhibits an impact absorption rate of 20% or more in a falling ball impact test. Further, the masking tape has a displacement distance of 2 mm or less after 1 h from an initial position in a holding power test at 40° C. which is performed by applying a load of 500 g.

In at least one embodiment, the gel gasket has a storage modulus of about 1,000 to about 25,000 Pa and the storage modulus is maintained after storage at 66° C./80% RH for at least 2 weeks.

Abstract: Provided is a polysulfide-based pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that is excellent in oil resistance and the like, and sufficiently has a pressure-sensitive adhesive strength. The polysulfide-based pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed from a polysulfide-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a sulfur-containing polymer, wherein the sulfur-containing polymer has a disulfide structure represented by —S—S— in a main chain thereof, and wherein a ball number for tack of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer measured by an inclined ball tack test method (inclination angle: 30°) specified in JIS Z 0237 at a temperature of 23° C. and a humidity of 65% is 2 or more.
