Abstract:
A provided adhesive is a silicone-based adhesive having an initial adhesive force of 0.2 to 3 N/20 mm and having an adhesive force of 4 N/20 mm or less after heating at 260° C. for 30 minutes. A provided adhesive tape includes a cured layer of the above silicone-based adhesive. The adhesive tape may further include a substrate, and the cured layer may be provided on a surface of the substrate. The adhesive tape shows high adhesion performance and is capable of achieving low thermal dependence. The adhesive is capable of forming the adhesive tape.

Disclosed are an anti-sticking adhesive tape for molding of a composite material and a manufacturing method therefor and the use thereof, the anti-sticking adhesive tape including the following sequentially laminated structures: a first layer being a fluorine-containing resin layer, a second layer being a first adhesive layer, a third layer being a reinforcing material layer, and a fourth layer being a second adhesive layer, wherein the bonding force between the first layer and a resin for molding of a composite material is smaller than the 180-degree peeling adhesion force of the fourth layer, and the intermolecular cohesive force of the first adhesive layer and the intermolecular cohesive force of the second adhesive layer are both larger than the 180-degree peeling adhesion force of the fourth layer. The anti-sticking adhesive tape can easily be separated from the resin for molding of a composite material when opening the mold.

A silicone adhesive composition includes 100 parts by weight of a peroxide-curable silicone, 1.2 to 3.2 parts by weight of an organic peroxide curing agent, and 2 to 9 parts by weight of an addition reaction-curable silicone rubber. An adhesive tape according to the present invention is a tape including includes a base and an adhesive layer placed on the base, the adhesive layer being formed from the above silicone adhesive composition. The adhesive composition according to the present invention exhibits high load bearing capacity even in higher-temperature environments than ever before. The adhesive tape according to the present invention exhibits high load bearing capacity and good shelf life even in such high-temperature environments.
