Abstract: Disclosed is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet which does not cause deterioration of an electrolytic solution even when immersed in the electrolytic solution and which can be smoothly unwound even after being wound. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet includes a substrate and, on one surface thereof, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The substrate has a wetting tension of from 30 to 35 mN/m in the surface to face the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, where the wetting tension is measured by a method according to JIS K 6768:1999. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing substantially no polar group. A pressure-sensitive adhesive in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably a rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive such as a polyisobutylene rubber and/or an isobutylene-isoprene rubber.

Abstract: A provided stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane has a node-fibril structure including a plurality of nodes and a fibril connecting the plurality of nodes. A ratio of an average length of the plurality of nodes in a thickness direction of the stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane to a thickness of the stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane is 10% or more. The above stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane is less likely to suffer breakage. In the above stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, assuming that there is a cuboid region having an upper surface and a lower surface respectively positioned at one membrane surface and the other membrane surface of the stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, the number of the nodes included in the region may be 4 or less per micrometer thickness, the upper surface and the lower surface each having dimensions of 280 μm×280 μm.

Abstract: An adhesive tape includes: a substrate made of a fluorine resin; and a silicone-based adhesive agent layer disposed on one surface of the substrate. The adhesive tape has a thickness of 50 μm or more. An adhesive strength of an adhesive surface to the other surface of the substrate after a friction test is 4.0 N/19 mm or more. The friction test is performed according to a test method for coefficient of friction specified in JIS K7125: 1999, and performed in a state where: a contact surface, of a sliding piece used in the test method, brought into contact with a surface to be tested is covered with a single fiber cloth (cotton, for friction) specified in JIS L0803: 2011; the other surface of the substrate is defined as the surface to be tested; and the number of times of reciprocation is set to 10 times.

Abstract: A fluororesin sheet of the present invention is a sheet mainly including a fluororesin, having a blackness of 30 or less as expressed in terms of L* value in an L*a*b* color system, and having a surface resistivity of 1×1010 Ω/sq or more. The fluororesin sheet of the present invention may be a sheet mainly including a fluororesin and including a composite oxide black filler. An adhesive tape of the present invention includes a substrate sheet and an adhesive layer provided on one of surfaces of the substrate sheet, and the substrate sheet is one of the above fluororesin sheets. The fluororesin sheet and the adhesive tape of the present invention unprecedentedly have a high degree of freedom in application development.

Abstract: An air-permeable filter includes a porous fluorine resin membrane having one principal surface and the other principal surface, and treated with an oil-repellent agent for oil-repellency. In a measurement of its absorption spectrum by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, an absorbance ratio Rf of the one principal surface and an absorbance ratio Rb of the other principal surface calculated by Aa/Am are not substantially the same. The Aa indicates an absorbance at a peak derived from the oil-repellent agent in the absorption spectrum, and the Am indicates an absorbance at a peak derived from a C—F bond in the absorption spectrum.

Abstract: A provided stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane has an air permeability of 4 cm3/(sec·cm2) or more, as expressed in terms of Frazier air permeability, in a thickness direction, and has a total cohesion of 1.9 (N/20 mm)2 or more, the total cohesion being expressed by a product of a peel cohesion in a first in-plane direction and a peel cohesion in a second in-plane direction perpendicular to the first direction. The above stretched porous membrane is highly air-permeable and, for example, when included in a filter member, being less likely to suffer breakage at the time of handling the member or placing the member on a housing or the like.
