摘要: A gasket is provided in which the insulation properties of a plate exposed within a recessed portion are maintained and the generation of rust or the like on the plate exposed within the recessed portion is suppressed, whereby functions and the component life of the plate are maintained over a long period of time. The gasket has a plate, a covering portion containing a rubber-like elastic body covering a peripheral portion of the plate, and a seal lip provided on the plane of the covering portion, in which a recessed portion which is a plate holding mark in gasket molding is formed on the plane of the covering portion and on the outer peripheral side of the seal lip and in which a second seal lip is provided on the plane of the covering portion and on the further outer peripheral side of the recessed portion. The plate is a fuel cell separator and the second seal lip is provided as a seal lip for separator insulation.

摘要: In order to achieve lower costs in a molding apparatus using a mold by reducing mold cleaning steps following releasing of the product from the mold and shortening the molding cycle, the apparatus is equipped with a plurality of fixed molds and movable molds which are heated to the temperature necessary to harden a molding material and come together by means of clamping to form a cavity, and a non-heated cold runner which supplies the molding material from an injection device to the interior of the cavity via a gate opened in the movable mold, the fixed molds and movable molds being movable between an injection stage where the injection device and cold runner (32) are present and an opening stage near the injection stage.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to improve the handling and usability of rubber only-type gaskets. To achieve said purpose, a gasket molding is obtained by combining a rubber only-type gasket body with a film carrier obtained from a resin film that holds the gasket body in an unbonded state. The gasket molding is characterized in that: in addition to a gasket-holding section for holding the gasket body, the film carrier has temporary tacking sections that are surface-treated to temporarily tack the gasket body to said film carrier; the gasket body has temporary tack-receiving sections that are temporarily tacked to the temporary tacking sections; and the temporary tacking sections and temporary tack-receiving sections are removed from the film carrier and the gasket body when the film carrier and gasket body are punched into the product shapes.

For this purpose, in the method for manufacturing a carbon plate-integrated gasket having a lip-shaped section in which an uncured liquid rubber is applied on the surface of a carbon plate to produce an uncured seal protrusion and the seal protrusion is then compressed and cured between a forming mold and the carbon plate, a burr-collecting section for discharging excess seal protrusion rubber from the gasket-forming space is configured between the forming mold and the carbon plate so as to communicate with said forming space via a rubber-squeezing section.

摘要: A bipolar plate is provided that prevents pressure leaks from occurring at a seal bead. A fuel battery gasket is provided. The gasket is structured to include a pair of metal-made bipolar plates, seal beads, and a tunnel. The bipolar plates are interposed between a plurality of reaction electrode portions. The bipolar plates are fastened together with the reaction electrode portions and thereby joined to each other. The seal beads are provided at one or both of the bipolar plates by being patterned in full-bead forms. The tunnel is bridged between the adjacent seal beads and allows their insides to communicate with each other. When a height of the seal bead is H1 and a height of the tunnel is H2, H1/H2 is set to be equal to or larger than 1.6.
