    摘要: The disclosure relates to an injection molding module including a mold unit and a slider that is disposed in the mold unit and that cooperates with the mold unit to define a cavity and a cooling runner in spacial communication with the cavity. The cooling runner includes a main section that is formed with an inlet, and a tapering section that extends from the main section in a lengthwise direction and that is formed with an outlet in spatial communication with the cavity. The inlet has an axial direction that is not parallel with the lengthwise direction, thereby the plastic material having a flow direction that is changed when a plastic material is fed into the cooling runner through the inlet.

    摘要: A method and injection machine for producing a hollow product, such as a urisheath, use of the method for producing a urisheath as well as the urisheath. The machine comprises an annular cavity for receiving a silicone material. The material is injected in a cold state via a coldrun nozzle (20) and cured by heat in the cavity. The cavity has a narrow cross-sectional area over a substantial portion of the cavity and the cavity is connected to a venting area (13). The cavity has an annular enlarged portion (18) at the proximal portion of the cavity, arranged adjacent said inlet (24) and a groove (14) at the distal portion of the cavity. The narrow cross-sectional area has a decreasing radial dimension towards the distal portion of the cavity. The surface of the cavity is grit blasted.

    摘要: The invention relates to an injection-molding tool and to a process for producing pin-shaped blanks as end products, a two-dimensional skin cavity and blank cavities connected to said skin cavity being provided at a runner, in order to be able to form a molding, including a sprue, a skin and the blanks formed on said skin via defined predetermined breaking points.     摘要: A mold apparatus used in injection molding of liquid silicone composition. The mold apparatus is made of several components aiding in the overall process. The mold apparatus has two main sections, a cold section to prevent the liquid silicone from curing and a heated section for curing the liquid silicone. The two sections are separated by a thermal insulating plate. The metering of the flow is achieved by an actuator providing linear movement of a valve pin position in the center of the flow path of the runnerless nozzle resting against a gate orifice. The runnerless nozzle is keep cooled with an annular heat pipe surrounding the body of the runnerless nozzle and circulating a liquid coolant at one end of the runnerless nozzle. The cavity block receive heat from an heating element incorporated in the cavity back plate. Heat is evenly distributed in the cavity block by vaporization.
