摘要: A linear guide bearing apparatus has a guide rail including a first raceway groove; a movable element including a second raceway groove and a rolling element return groove connected continuously with the second raceway groove through curved grooves respectively formed in the two end portions of the second raceway groove, the movable element being movably fitted with the guide rail; a plurality of rolling elements loaded in a circulation passage including the first raceway groove, the second raceway groove, the curved grooves, and the rolling element return groove for moving the movable element along the guide rail; and, an under-seal disposed in the movable element for sealing a space between the guide rail and the movable element, wherein the under-seal includes a sliding contact portion elastically contacted with the guide rail to thereby receive an upward-going force from the guide rail.

摘要: A rolling guide apparatus comprises a first slide member and second slide member. The first slide member includes a pair of wing portions and a connecting portion connecting the wing portions. First raceway grooves are formed on the wing portions, individually. Second raceway grooves are formed on the second slide member. Rolling elements are held under a pre-load between the raceway grooves. A residual compression stress region is created on the surface region of the first slide member. A worked portion is formed on the connecting portion. The worked portion serves to adjust the pre-load on the rolling elements by regulating the residual compression stress region by working to deform the connecting portion.

摘要: A linear guide apparatus has a guide rail having a rolling-element rolling groove formed on a side thereof along in an axial direction; and a slider having a rolling-element rolling groove disposed so as to be opposed to the rolling-element rolling groove of the guide rail, the slider moving relatively in the axial direction of the guide rail with rolling elements rollably interposed between the two rolling-element rolling grooves, and a crowning portion disposed on the both axial ends of the rolling-element rolling groove of the slider, wherein a maximum value of sum of load in an axial direction applied on the crowing portion on the both axial ends of the slider by the rolling elements is set to be smaller than a maximum value of load in the axial direction applied on one of the crowning portions of the slider by one rolling element.
