    摘要: A linear slide rail includes a rail structure and a slider structure. The rail structure has an elongated strip shape and defines a longitudinal axis direction, wherein the rail structure has two guide grooves respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the rail structure. The slider structure has a cooperating groove which is slidably sleeved on the rail structure. The slider structure includes a carrier assembly and two guide wheel seat assemblies. The two guide wheel seat assemblies are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the carrier assembly, and the two guide wheel seat assemblies are respectively disposed corresponding to the two guide grooves at the two opposite sides of the rail structure. Each of the guide wheel seat assemblies includes a seat unit, a plurality of guide wheel units, a plurality of shaft units, a first lever unit, and a first adjusting unit.

    摘要: The present invention provides a machine guideway including a base, a shaft placed in a groove within the base, a carriage slidably connected to the base and shaft, a pair of opposed wheels held by the carriage, and a cover placed over the pair of opposed wheels. The groove has an arch shape defining a groove arch radius. The shaft defines a shaft radius less than the groove arch radius. Each opposed wheel of the pair of opposed wheels contacts the shaft at a rolling point and has a plurality of radii. The plurality of radii of each opposed wheel together form a pair arch when the opposed wheels are held by the carriage. The pair arch defines a pair arch radius that is greater than the shaft radius. The cover is configured to keep the pair of opposed wheels in contact with the shaft with a pre-loaded force.

    摘要: A cam assembly is provided for adjustment of a drill feed guide wear pad. The cam assembly has an eccentric bushing with a shank portion extending circumferentially about a first axis and defining a bore along a second axis. The second axis is generally parallel and offset from the first axis. The bushing has a head portion extending from the eccentric bushing portion, with the bore extending though the head portion. The bushing is sized for insertion into an aperture of a drill feed guide wear pad, and is rotatable causing the shank portion to engage the aperture of the wear pad to provide a camming action to position the wear pad relative to a drill feed guide. The head portion is shaped to interact with a tool for rotating the bushing.
