摘要： The present invention provides a cable connector that can reduce the stress that is generated in the solder connections between the contacts of the connector and the circuit board. The cable connector comprises a plurality of contacts, each having a contact part configured to contact a mating contact on one end, and a soldering part on the other end, a circuit board that is soldered to the soldering part of the contacts and is soldered to a cable, a housing that accommodates the contacts, the housing having a mating part disposed on the front thereof configured to mate with the mating connector and circuit board supporting parts that support the circuit board and extend rearward from both ends of the mating part, and locking arms disposed in the housing and configured to lock with a mating connector. The locking arms extend along both sides of the mating part and extend along the circuit board supporting parts.

摘要： A detection switch for detecting when a card is inserted in to a connector. The detection switch includes a housing, a shell, a card receiving passageway, and a detection switch. The shell is disposed on and covers the housing. The card receiving passageway is arranged between the housing and the shell. The detection switch detects when the card is inserted into the card receiving passageway and disposed along a side of the card connector. The detection switch includes a fixed contact secured to the housing, and a movable contact extending from the shell and configured to (1) contact the fixed contact when the card is not inserted in the card receiving passageway and (2) release from contact with the fixed contact when the card is inserted into the card receiving passageway.

摘要： An electrical connector (1) for circuit board installation is provided using solder pegs (60) to reduce the mounting area. Mounting holes (40) for insertion of solder pegs (60) are provided, along the side walls (36), on both sides of the housing (2) of the electrical connector (1) to be installed on a circuit board (30). The mounting holes (40) are formed perpendicular to the circuit board (30), from the top wall (18) of the housing (2) toward the bottom wall (34). The mounting holes (40) are connected to the mating aperture (6) of the connector (1), and are opened to the outside via the bottom part of the side walls (36). When the solder pegs (60) are inserted into the mounting holes (40) and the connectors are mated, a mating connector is guided by a solder peg face (61) of the solder pegs (60). The mounting holes (40) are connected by solder to the circuit board (30) at the tip (62a), and the tips (62a) of the solder pegs (60) serve as solder connection parts which can be visually inspected from the outside via the opening.
