    摘要： A male housing (70) has a receptacle (71) for receiving a female housing (20). An introducing surface (77) is formed around the inner front edge of the receptacle (71). A retainer (40) for locking female terminal fittings has an interfering portion (49) that interferes with the receptacle (71) when the retainer (40) is at an incomplete mount position IMP. The interfering portion (49) has a guiding surface (50) for guiding the interfering portion (49) into the receptacle (71) when the retainer (40) is a full locking position. The interfering portion (49) has contact surfaces (57) and the inner front edge of the receptacle (71) has receiving surfaces (79) at positions corresponding to the contact surfaces (57) and backward from the introducing surface (77). The receiving surfaces (79) can achieve surface contact with the contact surfaces (57).

    摘要： An electric connection terminal can prevent electric ereosion caused in some equipment made of an aluminum material and attached to a car body for electric conduction of the equipment through the terminal such as an earth bracket which connects an earth line to the car body. The terminal comprises a first attaching member (1) made of an aluminum material and having a connecting portion (4) of a car body at the top end and a coupling portion (6A) at the bottom end, a second attaching member (2) made of a brass material and having a connecting portion (5) of an earth line at the top end and a coupling portion (6B) at the bottom end, and a water-proof layer (3) molded by a plastic resin for interconnecting said coupling portions (6A, 6B) of said first and second attaching members (1, 2) by embedding said portions (6A, 6B) in the plastic resin.

    摘要： A connector includes two housings coupled with each other to hold a cable therebetween. One of the housings includes a cable receiving portion for receiving the cable, a restricting portion adjacent to the cable receiving portion, a first wall portion formed outside the restricting portion and defining a space between the first wall portion and the restricting portion, and a first engaging portion inwardly protruding from the first wall portion. Another of the housings includes a cable pressing portion for pressing the cable towards the cable receiving portion and the restricting portion, and a second wall portion formed adjacent to the cable pressing portion and inserted into the space. The second wall portion has a second engaging portion extending outward from the second wall portion. The first and the second engaging potions are engaged with each other to prevent the housings from separating from each other.

    摘要： In a side plate (52) of a retainer (50), a jig insertion groove (70) is cut at an upper end portion of its front edge. A releasing jig (J) is insertable into a gap between the bottom surface of the jig insertion groove (70) and a vertical front edge of a recessed surface (27) of a female housing (20). If the releasing jig (J) is rotated so as to be pried, the retainer (50) is pushed back diagonally downward along a guide groove (60) and reaches a temporary retaining position.
