    摘要: An electrical contact terminal formed of sheet metal, an electrical connector comprising the terminal, and a method to manufacture the terminal is presented. The terminal includes a longitudinally extending cavity for receiving an electrical contact pin therein and a contact beam having a contact face arranged at least partially inside the cavity. The contact beam is configured to be deflected by the electrical contact pin to apply a contact force to the contact pin when the electrical contact pin is received in the cavity. The terminal further includes a flat support wall oriented substantially parallel to the insertion direction of the electrical contact pin. An aperture is formed proximate to an edge of the support wall to form a support spring element in the support wall. The support spring element is configured to engage with the contact beam when the same is deflected, thereby increasing contact force.

    摘要: A sensor includes contact springs placed in contact with electrode terminals on major surfaces of a sensor device. At least one of the contact springs includes a spring contact portion, a spring holding portion, a spring bent portion, and a spring connecting portion. The spring contact portion contacts an outer surface of one of the electrode terminals. The spring holding portion is turned from the spring contact portion and extends outside the spring contact portion so as to overlap the spring contact portion in the contacting direction. The spring bent portion is bent inwardly from the spring holding portion and extends at a given angle to the contacting direction. The spring connecting portion is bent from the spring bent portion and extends in the axial direction of the sensor. Such a structure enables the contact spring to be reduced in size and thickness without sacrificing a required mechanical strength thereof.

    摘要: A connection arrangement (10) for electrically connecting at least one sensor (12) or actuator to at least one conductor track (22) on a circuit board (24) has at least one compression spring (18) for electrically conductive connection. The compression spring (18) is arranged between the at least one sensor (12) or actuator and the circuit board (24) so as to be under a mechanical preload. The compression spring has a contact end section (36) of the at least one compression spring (18) configured to rest against a contact plate (20, 70, 80, 90) that is electrically conductively connected to the conductor track (22). As a result, the connection arrangement (10) achieves a high level of electrical contact reliability and corrosion-resistance.

    摘要: A contact configuration for producing an electrical connection between a plug and a socket, preferably for connecting an electrode to an electronic implantable device (such as a pacemaker), has a contact section on the plug and/or the socket. The contact section includes metallic conductive fibers which project between the plug and socket when the socket receives the plug. The contact configuration has a high degree of redundancy in providing electrical communication between the socket and plug, and high contact stability under mechanical load. In addition, friction corrosion is avoided.
