摘要： A composition for controlled release of a physiologically active substance can release a physiologically active substance in vivo at the desired timing. The composition includes an inner layer that is formed of a biodegradable substance that supports a physiologically active substance, and an outer layer that is formed of a biodegradable substance that differs from that of the inner layer.
