摘要: A wireless device receives a radio resource control message from a base station. The radio resource control message comprises one or more configuration parameters for a random access channel. A downlink control information is received that comprises a field indicating a slot format indication, for a slot, among a plurality of SFIs. The plurality of SFIs indicate uplink, flexible, and random access symbols. The wireless device determines radio resources of one or more random access channel occasions of the slot based on the one or more configuration parameters and at least one random access symbol indicated by the slot format indication for the slot. A preamble is transmitted via the radio resources of the one or more random access channel occasions.

摘要: A wireless device receives a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The first DCI comprises a feedback timing indicator field. In response to the feedback timing indicator field indicating not to transmit a feedback for the PDSCH before receiving a second DCI, a discontinuous reception (DRX) timer is started with a first value. A downlink control channel is monitored for the second DCI while the DRX timer is running.

摘要: A wireless device may receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising first parameters of a first configured grant configuration of the cell and second parameters of a second configured grant configuration of the cell. The wireless device may trigger a power headroom report. The wireless device may determine one of: a first resource associated with the first configured grant configuration; and a second resource associated with the second configured grant configuration, as a selected uplink resource for transmitting the power headroom report. The wireless device may determine the selected uplink resource based on a first priority of the first configured grant configuration and a second priority of the second configured grant configuration. The first resource and the second resource may overlap in one or more symbols. The wireless device may transmit the power headroom report via the selected uplink resource.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising configuration parameters indicating a plurality of configured grant configurations for one or more bandwidth parts (BWPs) of a cell. A downlink control information is received. The downlink control information indicates activation or release of a first configured grant configuration, among the plurality of configured grant configurations, for a first BWP of the one or more BWPs. A confirmation indicating that the wireless device received the downlink control information indicating the activation or release of the first configured grant configuration is transmitted. The confirmation comprises at least one of: an identifier of the first BWP; and an identifier of a sub-band of the first BWP.

摘要: A wireless device receives from a second base station, a RRC message comprising access information, for a handover to a first cell of a first base station, indicating that a first timing advance of a first beam of the first cell is a timing advance of a first timing advance group of a secondary cell group and that a second timing advance of a second beam of the first cell is a timing advance of a second timing advance group of the secondary cell group. The wireless device selects, as a selected beam, one of the first beam and the second beam. The wireless device transmits transport blocks, via the selected beam of the first cell, using one of: the first timing advance in response to the selected beam being the first beam; and the second timing advance in response to the selected beam being the second beam.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages from a base station. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of a cell. The configuration parameters indicate: a plurality of slot format combinations of the cell; a channel occupancy time (COT) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); and an index of a field in a downlink control information (DCI) for the cell. The DCI scrambled by the COT-RNTI is received. A COT structure, for the cell, is determined based on one of the plurality of slot format combinations indicated by the field in the DCI associated with the index. A transport block is transmitted, via the cell, on uplink resources according to the COT structure.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages indicating a handover to a cell of a second base station. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of the cell. The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of power control parameter sets (PCPSs). The configuration parameters indicate a plurality of downlink reference signals. A downlink reference signal of the plurality of downlink reference signals is determined based on measurements of the plurality of downlink reference signals. A PCPS is selected from the plurality of PCPSs. The PCPS is associated with the downlink reference signal. An uplink transmission power is determined, based on the PCPS, for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of the cell. An uplink transport block is transmitted with the uplink transmission power via the PUSCH of the cell.
