Provided is a novel compound that can be applied to an organic electronics element. More specifically, provided is a novel heterocyclic compound applicable to organic electronics elements such as an organic EL element, an organic solar cell element, an organic transistorelement and an organic semiconductor laser element. The compound is a heterocyclic compound represented by the following general formula (1): wherein R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an aryl group that may have a substituent or an alkyl group that may have a substituent; m and n independently represent an integer of 1 to 4; and when R1 and R2 are two or more, one of R1's and one of R2's may be each the same as or different from one another.
