摘要: A semiconductor mixed material comprises an electron donor, a first electron acceptor and a second electron acceptor. The first electron donor is a conjugated polymer. The energy gap of the first electron acceptor is less than 1.4 eV. At least one of the molecular stackability, π-π*stackability, and crystallinity of the second electron acceptor is smaller than the first electron acceptor. The electron donor system is configured to be a matrix to blend the first electron acceptor and the second electron acceptor. The present invention also provides an organic electronic device including the semiconductor mixed material.

摘要: Provided are an organic compound, an electroluminescent material and an application thereof. The organic compound has a structure represented by Formula I. With the design of the spiro parent structure and the introduction of specific substituents, the organic compound can prevent materials from stacking and reduce the crystallinity of the molecule. The design of the spiro structure and substituents make the organic material have a high triplet state energy level Ti, and the nitrogen heterocycle and its linking groups make the organic compound have characteristics of good electron and hole transport performances. The organic compound has suitable HOMO and LUMO energy levels, facilitating the coordination of adjacent layers in terms of energy level. The organic compound also has advantages of high glass-transition temperature and good molecular thermal stability. Therefore, the organic compound can effectively improve the light emitting efficiency and lifetime of the device.

摘要: The invention relates to an organic polyspiralgrid nanopolymer material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of nanotechnology and organic electronics. The structure of the organic polyspiralgrid nanopolymer material is composed of grids containing a spiro ring that serves as a repeat unit to form a special nano polymer, and the structure shares the spiro ring structure. A synthetic method thereof relates to a synthon containing the spiro ring, and by means of a Friedel-Crafts reaction, an organic spirogrid and a nano polymer thereof are built. By means of reasonable molecular design and the Friedel-Crafts reaction with the advantages of being mild in reaction condition, high in yield, high in selectivity, simple in posttreatment, green, free of toxicity and the like, the problems that a traditional polymer molecule is complex in synthesis step, toxic in posttreatment, large in pollution and the like are solved.

The electroluminescent device includes an anode, a cathode, and an organic layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the organic layer at least comprises a first compound having a structure of H1-L1-Ar1 and a second compound having a structure of H2-L2-Ar2. These new compound combinations can be used as host materials in electroluminescent devices. These new compound combinations can greatly improve the lifetime of the device and provide the device with better performance. Further provided is a display assembly including the electroluminescent device.
