    摘要: The wear-leveling techniques include discovering a persistent state of one or more memory devices, or building and caching persistent state parameters for each logical unit of a given memory device if a persistent state is not discovered for a given memory device. The techniques may also include processing memory access commands utilizing the cached persistent state parameters. When processing memory access commands, the logical block address and length parameter of a logical address of a command may be translated to a plurality of physical addresses for accessing one or more memory devices, each physical address includes a device address, a logical unit address, a block address, and a page address, wherein the block address includes one or more interleaved address bits.

    摘要: The present invention provides an overlay mark for aligning different layers on a semiconductor wafer. The overlay mark comprises a bar-in-bar mark and two bar sets on the semiconductor wafer. The bar-in-bar mark comprises an inner bar mark positioned in one of the pre-layer and an outer bar mark positioned in the other pre-layer. The two bar sets are perpendicular to each other, and each of two bar sets comprises two parallel bars. The bars can be connected and the lengths of the bars can be the same or different.

    摘要: A sealing material structure of an organic electroluminescent display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The sealing material structure comprises a glass substrate, a cover, an adherent layer, and a barrier area. The glass substrate has a light emitting display structure formed thereon and wraps an organic light emitting structure of the light emitting display structure. The cover seals with the glass substrate in an opposite position. The adherent layer is provided between the glass substrate and the cover.     摘要: A wireless earphone communicates with a mobile phone by wireless and comprises a microprocessor, a feedback-type charging circuit and a rechargeable battery therein. The microprocessor output control signals to control the feedback-type charging circuit for charging the rechargeable battery; the feedback-type charging circuit also feeds back the charging current and charging states of the rechargeable battery to the microprocessor. Therefore, the microprocessor may change the charging current depending on the states of the rechargeable battery. By changing the voltage of the control signals, the charging current of the feedback-type charging circuit can be adjusted by the microprocessor. The present invention provides a charging design by software control to reduce the production cost of wireless earphone.
