Abstract: A method on a mobile device for a wireless network is described. An audio input is monitored for a trigger phrase spoken by a user of the mobile device. A command phrase spoken by the user after the trigger phrase is buffered. The command phrase corresponds to a call command and a call parameter. A set of target contacts associated with the mobile device is selected based on respective voice validation scores and respective contact confidence scores. The respective voice validation scores are based on the call parameter. The respective contact confidence scores are based on a user context associated with the user. A call to a priority contact of the set of target contacts is automatically placed if the voice validation score of the priority contact meets a validation threshold and the contact confidence score of the priority contact meets a confidence threshold.

Abstract: A method of a wearable device displaying icons is provided. The method includes displaying a plurality of circular icons comprising a first circular icon located in a center area of a touch display in a first size and a second circular icon located outside of the center area of the touch display in a second size smaller than the first size, and based on a direction of a touch input received on the touch display, moving the plurality of circular icons such that the first circular icon is moved to a first position located outside of the center area of the touch display and the second circular icon is moved from a second position located outside the center area of the touch display to the center area of the touch display and enlarged in size from the second size to the first size.

Abstract: This disclosure generally relates to smartphone and communication device which is wireless and rechargeable. The device can be controlled through voice and embedded with software for a number of functionalities. The invention also relates to solar charging and uses natural light for power and functioning. The Artificial Intelligence-based smartphone named Chear can respond to voice commands, access databases through internet connectivity, and create a novel communication stream that informs both the wearer and those around them. The smartphone has a protective covering of rubber and plastic to protect the device from possible damages. The invention can be connected to the World Wide Web (internes). It can perform live streaming for audio and video and complete texting functionality, including reading, writing, and sending messages and e-mails. The device can operate via speakerphone. As a smart gadget, it can access the internet, take voice commands, transfer/exchange/store cloud-based data, which can be transferred to any other device through a USB port. It includes the functionalities of a camera and is GPS enabled.

Abstract: An interaction method in a call and a device, where the method includes displaying a voice assistant icon on a call screen of the wearable device when a phone number of a communication peer device is a service number converting received voice information into a dual tone multi frequency (DTMF) tone when the voice assistant icon is activated, and sending the DTMF tone to the communication peer device. Therefore, in a process of making or answering a service call using the wearable device, under a specific trigger condition, voice information of a user is converted into a DTMF tone to be sent to the communication peer device. In this way, when the user needs to enter a digit or a symbol in a call process, it can be ensured that the user enters correct information, and user experience is improved.

Abstract: A method for residual echo suppression is provided. Embodiments may include receiving an original reference signal and applying a distortion function to the original reference signal to generate a second signal. Embodiments may include generating a non-linear signal from the distortion function that does not include linear components of the original reference signal. Embodiments may also include calculating a residual echo power of a linear component and a non-linear component, wherein the linear component is based upon the original reference signal and the non-linear component is based upon the non-linear signal. Embodiments may further include applying a room model to each of the original reference signal and the non-linear signal and estimating a power associated with the original reference signal and the non-linear signal. Embodiments may include calculating a combined echo power estimate as a weighted sum of a weighted original reference signal power and a weighted non-linear signal power.

Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a system for voice capture via nasal vibration sensing. A system worn by a user may be able to sense vibrations through the nose of the user when the user speaks, generate an electronic signal based on the sensed vibration and generate voice data based on the electronic signal. In this manner, the system may capture a user's voice while also screening out external noise (e.g., based on the sound dampening properties of the human skull). An example system may include a wearable frame (e.g., eyeglass frame) on which is mounted at least one sensor and a device. The at least one sensor may sense vibration in the nose of a user and may generate the electronic signal based on the vibration. The device may receive the electronic signal from the at least one sensor and may generate voice data based on the electronic signal.
