    摘要: The present fibrous structural article is a material in a plate-like shape and having multiple fibers adhered to one another, and fibers are oriented from one surface side toward the other surface side of the fibrous structural article, and the fibers are arranged in an annual ring centering on a virtual axis. The present production method of a fibrous structural article comprises a fiber supplying process for blowing and supplying first short fibers and second short fibers, into a forming mold in a hollow box shape and having a first bottom wall, sidewalls and second bottom wall, from a fiber supplying port formed through the first bottom wall, and a melting process for melting at least part of the second short fibers.

    摘要: The present composite structural article is a material which is in a plate-like shape and has mutually adhered fibers, and a foam that is arranged in a gap among fibers and is adhered to the fibers. The fibers are oriented from one surface side toward the other surface side thereof, and the content of the foam is in the range from 7% to 68% by weight based on 100% by weight of the total of fibers, foam and adhesive agent. The foam has preferably a size so as to pass through a sieve having an opening of 19 mm according to JIS Z8801.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a floor silencer that has good transport efficiency due to an ability to be transported in a flat state, and can be assembled to a floor panel of a vehicle by folding along a band-like concave portion. The floor silencer is used with a first surface side in contact with a floor carpet, and a second surface side in contact with the floor panel of the vehicle. The floor silencer also has the band-like concave portion and can be folded along the band-like concave portion. The floor silencer is transported in a flat state and not folded during transport, and is used folded along the band-like concave portion during assembly.
