摘要： A method for controlling a slitter-scorer apparatus in which a feed line for a paperboard sheet does not need to be stopped when order specification of cutting or scoring for the paperboard sheet has been changed, thereby reducing a setup time, is proposed. The method for controlling a slitter-scorer apparatus including steps of supplying a paperboard sheet along a feed line, and moving a slitter or a scorer in a vertical and/or a widthwise direction to a operative level where the surface of said paperboard sheet is processed thereby wherein: movement of said slitter and/or scorer is controlled such that said slitter and/or scorer either come into sliding contact with or is apart slightly from said surface of the paperboard sheet.

摘要： To determine a paper splice time when the present web is spliced to a next web for the purpose of a so-called lot shift (or a paper shift) in an apparatus for producing corrugated paper boards, not only a length of each core but also a length of each web have been hitherto measured. In view of the current circumstance that a measuring operation is accompanied by various errors and an order is often given with a small lot in size, determination of a paper shift time is made at an operator's discretion which depends on his skill. In practice, there often arises a malfunction that the operator erroneously determines the time when a paper shifting operation is to be performed. To obviate the foregoing malfunction, the present invention provides a system for informing a paper shift during a production controlling operation for an apparatus for producing corrugated paper boards wherein a remaining time till the time when a paper shifting operation is performed can be assured by a time enough long to accomplish the paper shifting operation regardless of a lot size and moreover a warning for informing the time when the paper shifting operation is started as well as a warning at each step during production of corrugated paper boards can be instructed.

摘要： A corrugated cardboard producing machine has a preheater for heating a corrugated cardboard sheet of original paper or single face type corrugatd cardboard sheet in each of various processing stages for producing a corrugated cardboard by bonding a liner paper onto a corrugated central core paper. The preheater is provided with a lap amount adjusting tool whose insertion amount between a circumference of a roll of the preheater and the original paper or the single face type corrugated cardboard is adjustable. The lap amount adjusting tool is movable along the circumference of the roll of the preheater.
