摘要： Disclosed is a denture adhesive composition comprising at least one non-adhesive self-supporting layer; and a partial salt of a lower alkyl vinyl ether-maleic acid copolymer, the partial salt copolymer comprising carboxyl groups, of which from about 50% to about 95% are neutralized by one or more metal cations; wherein the partial salt copolymer is covalently crosslinked with an organic crosslinker and wherein the molar ratio of organic crosslinker to carboxyl groups, prior to neutralization by the metal cations, is from about 0.1% to about 30%.
