    摘要: A valve structure includes a central valve plate having a valve hole, and a flexible valve element having a root portion lying on the central valve plate and a bendable portion to open and close the valve hole. A retainer element has a retaining surface to restrict deformation of the valve element when it is bent toward the retainer element to open the valve hole. The profile is expressed in a two-dimensional coordinate system (x, y), and the freely bent shape is represented by coordinates (x, f(x)) obtained by pushing the valve element at an abscissa position corresponding to the center of the valve element. The retaining surface has a profile containing a coordinate (x′, f(x′)−K) so that the profile is displaced toward the central valve plate with respect to a freely bent shape of the valve element.

The introduction guide faces the boss and extends in the radial direction from the shaft bore beyond the boss. Therefore, suction efficiency of refrigerant gas from the swash plate chamber to the cylinder bore has improved.

    摘要: In a double-headed piston type compressor provided with a rotary valve in a rotary shaft, the rotary valve has an introducing port for introducing refrigerant from a suction-pressure region through a supply passage and a respective suction port into a compression chamber. A shaft seal between a front housing and the rotary shaft for preventing leakage of refrigerant along a peripheral surface of the rotary shaft is accommodated in a shaft seal chamber formed in the front housing. A communication passage connects the shaft seal chamber to the cam chamber. A communication groove is formed in an outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft that forms the rotary valve adjacent to the front housing for communication between the introducing port and the shaft seal chamber. The supply passage and the cam chamber are in communication through the communication groove, the shaft seal chamber and the communication passage.

    摘要: A swash-plate-type compressor of a double-headed-piston configuration, wherein: a front intake chamber is formed set apart from a swash plate chamber so as to be positioned in a narrow space between circumferentially arranged front cylinder bores; and an intake-chamber-communication path is formed in a cylinder block, the intake-chamber-communication path allowing the front intake chamber and a shaft hole to communicate. A front-bore-communication path is formed on the cylinder block, the communication path allowing each of the plurality of front cylinder bores to communicate with the shaft hole. A front rotary valve is provided on a rotating shaft in which a lead-in groove is formed. The lead-in groove allows the intake-chamber communication path and the front-bore communication path to communicate in the stated order, while the lead-in groove rotates integrally with the rotating shaft. In the compact swash-plate-type compressor any decrease in pulsation or intake efficiency is minimized.

The diameter of the first communication passage is greater than the diameter of the second communication passage.
