The charge pump device includes a driving stage, for generating a driving signal corresponding to a driving capability; a charge pump circuit, for generating an output voltage according to the driving signal; a comparing circuit, comprising a first comparator for comparing the output voltage and a first reference voltage to generate a first comparing result; an overload detection circuit, for generating a detection result according to at least one of the first comparing result and the output voltage; and a driving capability control circuit, coupled between the overload detection circuit and the driving stage for controlling the driving capability corresponding to the driving signal according to the detection result.

    Abstract: An LED controller is used with a video source and at least one LED unit, and includes a control signal generator and a driver. The control signal generator performs pulse width modulation based on a first clock signal, a second clock signal and a data signal, which is generated by the video source, to generate at least one control signal. The first and second clock signals are independent of a vertical synchronization signal that is generated by the video source. The driver generates, based on the at least one control signal, at least one drive signal that is related to light emission of the at least one LED unit.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a control circuit for controlling a panel. The panel includes a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged as an array. Each row of light-emitting elements among the plurality of light-emitting elements are coupled to each other via one of a plurality of scan lines. The control circuit includes a current source, an emission switch, a plurality of scan switches and a level adjustment circuit. The current source is coupled to a column of light-emitting elements among the plurality of light-emitting elements.
