    摘要： A synthetic resin-made sliding bearing 1 includes a synthetic resin-made upper casing 3 having a cylindrical outer peripheral side surface 2; a synthetic resin-made lower casing 6 which has a cylindrical inner peripheral side surface 5 opposed to the outer peripheral side surface 2 on an outer side in a radial direction A so as to surround the outer peripheral side surface 2 with a cylindrical fitting clearance 4 extending in a vertical direction B intersecting the radial direction A, and on which the upper casing 3 is mounted as the upper casing 3 is fitted thereto such that the displacement of the lower casing 6 with respect to the upper casing 3 in the radial direction A is made possible with a width a as a minimum width of the fitting clearance 4 in the radial direction A by being restricted by the contact of the inner peripheral side surface 5 with the outer peripheral side surface 2; and a synthetic resin-made thrust sliding bearing 9 disposed in an annular space 7 between the upper casing 3 and the lower casing 6 in the vertical direction B.

    摘要： Provided is a slide bearing of lower cost that is capable of preventing the intrusion of dust, muddy water, etc. and has good sliding performance. In a ring-shaped space (5) formed by assembling an upper case (2) with a lower case, a ring-shaped outer dust seal part (42), which bends with one end (420) contacting the upper case (2) and the other end (421) contacting the lower case, is disposed on the outside of a ring-shaped thrust bearing part (40), and the outer dust seal part (42) is connected to the thrust bearing part (40) by connecting parts (43) that extend radially outward from the outside of the thrust bearing part (40), integrating the two as a dust seal-integrated center plate (4). Disposed between the thrust bearing part (40) and the upper case (2) is a ring-shaped lubrication sheet (6), which has surfaces (62, 63) that slide on the mating surfaces facing same.

    摘要： Provided is a rack bush capable of reducing an effect on the feeling of a steering operation. A rack bush (1) comprises: a rack bush 1 housed in a cylindrical housing (4), which supports a load applied to a rack bar (5) while allowing movement of the rack bar (5) in the direction of the axis (O) and can be freely expanded and contracted in the radial direction; and elastic rings (3) mounted on the bush body (2). The bush body (2) has mounting grooves (28), which are formed in the circumferential direction on an outer peripheral surface (22) for mounting the elastic ring (3). An axis (P) of the mounting groove (28) are shifted from the axis (O) of the bush body (2). By this arrangement, there are formed an elastic ring protruding part (10), where the elastic rings (3) protrude greatly from the outer peripheral surface (22) of the bush body (2), and an elastic ring embedded part (11), where the elastic rings (3) are embedded in the outer peripheral surface (22) of the bush body (2).

    摘要： To reduce the effect of a steering operation on feeling. A rack bush comprises: a bush body that is accommodated in a cylindrical housing, supports a load exerted on a rack bar while allowing the rack bar to move in the direction of an axial center O, and can be extended and retracted in a radial direction; and an elastic ring mounted on the bush body. The bush body has a mounting groove for mounting the elastic ring, the mounting groove being formed peripherally in an outer peripheral surface, and the mounting groove having a large-diameter part where the circumferential radius of a groove bottom is a first radius r1, and a small-diameter part where said radius is a second radius r2 that is less than the first radius r1. This configuration allows the formation of an elastic ring protruding part, in which the elastic ring protrudes greatly from the outer peripheral surface of the bush body, and an elastic ring embedded part, in which the elastic ring is embedded in the outer peripheral surface of the bush body.
