Abstract:
A model for an endoscope includes a tissue holding portion including: a first member which has a through hole, which is hard, and which is formed in a frame shape; and a second member which is formed in a sheet shape with a material that is more flexible than the first member and is elastically deformable, which has a window portion that penetrates the second member in a thickness direction of the second member, and which is attached to the first member. A piece of tissue is attached to the second member such that the piece of tissue overlaps the window portion, and the second member is attached to the first member in a state in which the second member is elastically deformed so that tension acts on the second member.
Abstract:
An endoscope auxiliary tool includes a first support section which is formed to extend along a longitudinal axis, a second support section which is formed substantially in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first support section, a first protrusion section and a second protrusion section which are formed at distal end sections of the first support section and the second support section, respectively, and disposed more distal than the distal end section of the endoscope to sandwich an axis of a channel having an opening at the distal end section of the endoscope, and a positioning section which is configured to position the first protrusion section and the second protrusion section with respect to the distal end section of the endoscope such that the first support section and the second support section are inclined to the axis of the channel.
Abstract:
A mucous membrane lifting instrument for an endoscope includes a first support portion which has an outer circumference surface and a longitudinal axis; a second support portion which is provided at a position spaced from the outer circumference surface of the first support portion, and has an outer circumference surface and a longitudinal axis; a pressing portion which has a proximal end and a distal end connected to the proximal end thereof and positioned more distally than the distal end portion of the endoscope; a lifting portion which is connected to the distal end of the pressing portion, extended from the distal end of the pressing portion, and passes through the space between the first support portion and the second support portion; and an attachment member configured to attach both of the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion to the endoscope.
Abstract:
An organ model for endoscope includes: a basic shape part formed by imitating a shape of a tubular organ; and a tissue holding part that holds a tissue piece and is detachably provided with respect to the basic shape part. The tissue holding part includes: a main body that is formed in a tubular shape and has a window part communicating with an internal space, on an outer peripheral surface; and a fixing member that fixes the tissue piece on the main body such that at least a portion of the tissue piece overlaps the window part. The main body is rotatable in a circumferential direction of the main body with respect to the basic shape part, in a state where the main body is attached to the basic shape part.
