    Abstract: An optical transducer for endoscope includes an optical element, an optical fiber, and a ferrule, the ferrule including a semiconductor substrate and a glass substrate, in which: the semiconductor substrate has an insertion hole penetrating therethrough; an optical fiber is inserted into the insertion hole; the semiconductor substrate has a trench connected with the insertion hole and having an opening in a side surface; the trench has a convex on a bottom surface; and when a distal end surface of the optical fiber is observed from an opening of side surface of the tech, at least a part of the distal end surface is shielded by the convex.

The optical element is stored in an upper recess of the housing, the external terminal and a bonding electrode are connected using a bonding wire, and a wire recess in which a part of the bonding wire is stored is present in a bottom surface of the upper recess.

    Abstract: A method of producing an optical element includes: determining, as a reference mold set, a first mold set from among mold sets; determining a set temperature for the reference mold set; acquiring reference data by measuring, by a temperature measurement sensor, a temperature of the reference mold set; measuring, by the temperature measurement sensor, a temperature of a second mold set that is at least one of the mold sets other than the reference mold set; calculating a correction value based on a measurement result obtained by the measuring and on the reference data; determining a set temperature for the second mold set based on the set temperature for the reference mold set and on the correction value; and performing temperature control on the mold sets based on set temperatures determined for the respective mold sets to produce the optical elements.

The sleeve has a deformation range where an outer surface is concave and an inner surface defining the through hole is convex, the inner surface of the deformation range being in contact with the ferrule. The sleeve is a metal cylinder with a resin provided to fill a space between the metal cylinder and the ferrule.
