    Abstract: A tag circuit which allows a load connectable thereto to have a wider power consumption range and which is usable in a wider input power range is provided. The tag circuit includes: a control part which is configured to respond to a command extracted from a radio wave received by an antenna by controlling a load; and a rectifying part which is configured to generate DC power to be supplied to the control part and DC power to be supplied to the load by converting a radio wave received by the antenna into DC power, the rectifying part being capable of changing power conversion characteristics of converting the radio wave received by the antenna into DC power to be supplied to the load.

    Abstract: An RF tag circuit connected to an antenna and a load is provided. The RF tag circuit includes: a rectification circuit rectifying a radio wave received by the antenna and supplying DC power; a matching circuit having a changeable impedance and disposed between the antenna and the rectification circuit; a control part repeatedly controlling activation and stopping of the load; and an adjustment part changing the impedance of the matching circuit in a predetermined direction, storing a first electric power generated by the rectification circuit when a predetermined time has elapsed after the load is activated, and changing the impedance of the matching circuit based on a magnitude relationship between a second electric power generated by the rectification circuit when the predetermined time has elapsed after the load is activated at a timing after the first electric power is generated and the stored first electric power.

    Abstract: An RF tag that includes a limiter and is capable of satisfactorily adjusting an impedance of a matching circuit is provided. The RF tag includes a variable load unit of which an amount of power consumption is changeable and a control unit that is capable of executing an impedance adjusting process of adjusting the impedance of the matching circuit such that an output voltage of a rectification circuit becomes a maximum and executes the impedance adjusting process after reducing the output voltage of the rectification circuit to a voltage less than a limiter voltage by adjusting the amount of power consumption of the variable load unit when a predetermined condition is satisfied.

    Abstract: A power estimator calculates first estimated power values based on levels of lest signals received from power receiver apparatuses, each first estimated power value indicating estimated received power of a corresponding power receiver apparatus when a power transmitter apparatus transmits power to the power receiver apparatuses. A signal transmitting circuit transmits each first estimated power value to a corresponding power receiver apparatus. A signal receiving circuit receives second estimated power values from the power receiver apparatuses, each second estimated power value indicating estimated received power of a corresponding power receiver apparatus when other power transmitter apparatuses transmit power to the power receiver apparatuses. A power transmitter control circuit determines pairing of the power transmitter apparatuses and the power receiver apparatuses for power transmission, based on the first and second estimated power values, so that estimated received power of each power receiver apparatus is equal to or higher than a threshold.

    Abstract: An RF tag circuit including a power storage unit is provided, in which an increase in time required for a voltage change occurring when an impedance is adjusted is reduced. The RF tag circuit is connected to an antenna and a load. The RF tag circuit includes a rectification circuit, a matching circuit, a power storage unit, and a control unit. The rectification circuit rectifies a radio wave received by the antenna and supplies DC power. The matching circuit, of which an impedance is changeable, is interposed between the antenna and the rectification circuit. The power storage unit stores DC power input from the rectification circuit and supplies the stored DC power to the load. The control unit disconnects the power storage unit from the RF tag circuit and adjusts the impedance of the matching circuit such that the amount of the power supplied by the rectification circuit increases.

    Abstract: A wireless sensor system includes a sensor tag configured to include a radio frequency tag and a communication device configured to wirelessly communicate with one or more sensor tags. Each of the sensor tags is configured to receive a measurement signal from one or more sensor circuits and stores identification information capable of being distinguished from other sensor tags. The communication device includes a transmission means configured to transmit a command signal to the one or more sensor tags and the command signal includes designation information for designating a sensor target serving as an object. Each of the sensor tags generates measurement data on the basis of the measurement signal if the designation information included in the command signal received from the communication device matches its own stored identification information and starts transmission of a response signal including the generated measurement data when a predetermined response start condition is satisfied.
