    摘要: The present invention provides a method for compression-molding a foamed polymer article, where compared with the shape of a final product to be molded, a foamed blank article has a redundant protruding part at a particular position, which is different from the shape of the final product; and when the foamed blank is hot-melt-molded again by using a mold, an external force is applied to compress the redundant protruding part to reduce the volume and increase the density, so that the final product obtained has a higher density at the position corresponding to the redundant protruding part than other parts. Thereby, the final product can have different densities at different positions, so as to meet the requirements in practical application.

    摘要: The present invention provides a processing method for molding a foamed polymer, which comprises accommodating a mixture of a polymer material and a foaming agent in a space of a mould chamber provided by a mould and molding into a molded article having a predetermined shape. The technical features thereof lie in that the space of the mould chamber has an injection molding shape that is different from the shape of the molded article before the space is fully filled with the mixture, and a shape of a local part of the space of the mould chamber is changed after the space of the mould chamber is fully filled with the mixture, such that the shape of the space of the mould chamber is changed from the injection molding shape to a molding shape that is the same as the molded article. Thereby, a surface force exerted on the accommodated mixture is changed by means of a volume alteration of the local part caused by the change in the shape of the local part of the space of the mould chamber.

The valve further comprises a first valve piece and a second valve piece disposed movably in the first channel and the second channel respectively. Blocking or unblocking of the communication between the first channel and the outflow channel is controlled by movement of the first valve piece in the first channel, while blocking or unblocking of the communication between the inflow channel and the first channel via the second channel is controlled by movement of the second valve in the second channel. In this way, the valve enables opening or closing of the supply path through dual control by the first valve piece and the second valve piece.

    摘要: A connection stabilizing mechanism between a solid tire and a bicycle rim. The connection stabilizing mechanism includes multiple fastening members connecting a solid tire with a bicycle rim. Each of the fastening members has a plate-shaped base section engaged with the bicycle rim and an extension section inserted into the solid tire. A free end of the extension section is inserted into the solid tire. A ratio of an extension length of the extension sect ion to a tire height of the solid tire is between 1:1.5 and 1:2.6, thereby maintaining a relative position of the center of a main body of the solid tire relative to the rim. Thus, the solid tire is prevented from being detached from the rim due to excessive lateral movement of the central position of the main body of the solid tire.
