    摘要: This disclosure presents a safe high speed roll-up door with spiral brackets. To enable a high speed operation, robust spiral brackets having efficient spacing are provided to guide the plurality of sectional slats. Durable and low noise signature rollers are used. A unique assembly configuration of the slats and the tracks guiding the rollers enable quick replacement of each individual roller without disassembling the door. A double-belt counter weight mechanism balances the door and incorporates safety sensors that prevent loosening the belts when the door is jammed. The belts are further adjustable using ratchets such that adjustment for the horizontal balance as well as weight position is made effortless. In all, the high speed roll-up door using sectional slats performs faster and quieter, withstands greater loads, and lasts longer than other existing roll-up doors with spiral brackets.

    摘要: A high speed roll door is movable between an open and a closed position at an opening of a building. The door includes a flexible curtain and a pair of side columns. Each side column provides an inner track to guide the curtain in vertical movement and restrain the curtain from lateral movement during deployment and retraction. The curtain further includes multiple cross bars supporting the flexible curtain from one of the pair of side columns to the other. Each of the cross bars further includes a first longitudinal bar sandwiching part of the curtain; and a second longitudinal bar pivotally connected to the first longitudinal bar. The hinge has an axis of rotation parallel to the first and the second longitudinal bars. At least a wheel is rotatably affixed to each end of the second longitudinal bar to engage the inner track of each of the side columns.

The dock leveler may have a rear leg bracket including a plurality of legs couplable to a bottom surface and a rear wall of the pit. The leg bracket may be positioned directly adjacent the rear wall and may include a plurality of brackets having an upwardly facing opening configured to receive a cylindrical shaft. The dock leveler may also comprise a deck that may have a rear portion shaped to fit over the cylindrical shaft and located adjacent the rear wall. The cylindrical shaft may be sized to fit within the plurality of brackets such that the rear portion of the deck and the shaft may be disposed directly above the legs of the leg bracket.

    摘要: A dock leveler with a lip hinge. The dock leveler may include a lip that may be disposed at a front portion of a deck. The deck and the lip may be connected via a joint to allow the lip to pivot relative to the deck. The joint may comprise a C-shaped shaft coupled to one of the lip and the deck. The C-shaped shaft may have a hollow interior and a radial opening to the hollow interior, the opening being less than 180 degrees. The joint may further comprise a pivot bar coupled to either the deck or the lip. The pivot bar may be pivotably disposed in the hollow interior of the C-shaped shaft in a manner allowing the lip to pivot relative to the deck between a down position and an up position.
