摘要: A self-propelled road milling machine includes a chassis (2) housing a rotatable milling roll (4) between lateral plates (12,13) disposed orthogonal to the axis of the milling roll (4). The milling roll (4) has a base body (14) and a milling tube (10), and is driven by a drive device (6) mounted on an exterior of an input-side of the lateral plate (12) by a reduction gear unit (8). The lateral plate (13) provides for exchanging alternatively mountable milling tubes (10) of different milling widths by being easily detached. For milling near an edge, a reduction gear unit (8) is mounted on the input side, and the reduction gear unit (8) is mounted on the interior of the input-side lateral plate (12) whose outer surface (25) forms a seat for milling tube elements that can be slid thereon from a non-driven side.

摘要: A construction machine for machining floor surfaces, wherein the machine includes a milling roll having a plurality of tool holders on a surface thereof. A tool, especially a straight shank tool, is received in a tool receiving element of the tool holder in an exchangeable manner. With this invention it is possible to change the tool in one such construction machine in a simplified manner. Thus, the milling roll is associated with a tool changing device, and the tool changing device dismounts each tool from the tool holder and/or mounts each tool in the tool holder.

摘要: A chisel holder changing system having a base element with a chisel holder receiver, into which a chisel holder equipped with a chisel can be inserted, wherein the chisel holder is inserted with a holder shaft into the chisel holder receivers and is maintained therein with the aid of bracing screws. Bracing screws can be screwed into a threaded receiver of the base element and during this are supported under tension in a bracing receiver of the holder shaft of the chisel holder. If in a chisel holder changing system in accordance with this invention the surfaces of the outer screw thread of the bracing screw and/or of the inner screw thread of the threaded receivers of the chisel holder receivers have a metallic layer of zinc and aluminum lamellas and a mineral chromium oxide bonding agent, which is burned in after the application, the screw connections are improved so that larger prestressing forces/tightening torques can be transmitted without damage to the screw connections.

摘要: A round shaft chisel with a clamping sleeve, wherein the round shaft chisel has a chisel head and a chisel shaft rotatably maintained in the clamping sleeve. A pivot bearing is between an inner contour of the clamping sleeve and a shaft contour of the chisel shaft so that a center longitudinal axis of the round shaft chisel is pivotably seated with respect to a center longitudinal axis of the clamping sleeve. As a result of the induced tumbling motion of the round shaft chisel within the clamping sleeve 30, improved dirt removal can be assured during operations. The improved rolling action results in reduced wear between the clamping sleeve and the chisel shaft, which has advantageous results regarding the service life.
