摘要： An electrodeless inductively-coupled fluorescent lamp which operates at ro frequency comprising a bulbous envelope (1) filled with rare gas and metal vapor. A reentrant cavity (4) and an induction coil (6) are disposed in the cavity (4). The inner walls of the envelope (1) and the cavity (4) have a protective coating (3) and a phosphor coating (2). A metal Faraday cylinder (12) welded to the lamp base (13) is disposed between the cavity (4) and the coil (6) to reduce capacitive RF voltage between the coil and the plasma to improve lamp maintenance and remove heat. A tubulation (16) is disposed on the lamp axis to evacuate the envelope (1). The proximal end of the tubulation (16) has an expansion (20) with the volume (23) where the initial capacitive discharge is ignited. The RF coil voltage needed for the ignition of the capacitive discharge in the expansion area (23) is substantially lower than that needed for the ignition of the capacitive discharge in the area (14) along the inner cavity walls (4) to decrease the lamp starting voltage. In one of the embodiments of the present invention the expansion is conically shaped and in another it is cylindrically shaped and is used to generate the inductive plasma to increase the light generation in the top part of the bulb (28) and improve light output through the bulb top surface (27).

Furthermore, since drilling position and direction of the medical drill can be determined using a first two-dimensional coordinates and a second two-dimensional coordinates, the shell HC of the patient can be shaped into ideal profile accurately without using an expensive special device for exclusive use and thereby the artificial shell can be arranged at an ideal position more easily. Since an expensive special device for exclusive use is not required, facility cost can be reduced.

An identification code 26 is provided for each of the tablet cases 3 and read by an optical sensor 33 provided inside the case accommodating section 8, whereby discharge of medicine is controlled. A motor 14 for driving a discharge drum for the tablet case 3 is checked for disconnection by being regularly energized. The operating time and the frequency of operation of parts that wear out, such as the motors, are stored for use in failure prediction. Time slots in which medicine should be taken are printed, each in a different color, by a color printing mechanism 73 on the bag 72 into which medicine is charged.

摘要： A medication storage for storing medications while cooling down them is constituted so as to allow a medication based on prescription data to be certainly taken out. The medication storage cools down inside a storeroom for storing the medications to a predetermined temperature by a cooling unit. The medication storage, includes: a plurality of shelves rotatably provided in the storeroom; a plurality of storage partitions which are respectively constituted on each shelf and store the medications; a motor for rotating the shelves; a plurality of openings provided respectively for being arranged to correspond to each of the shelves thereby allowing only medication in any one of the storage partitions to be taken out; a plurality of doors for openably closing each opening, respectively; a plurality of lock solenoids for locking each door, respectively; and a control unit for controlling the motor and the lock solenoid. The controller permits the shelves to be rotated based on the prescription data so as to bring a predetermined storage partition to a position corresponding to the opening and then to permit the lock solenoid to be unlocked.
