摘要: L-Aspartic acid is produced by culturing an L-aspartic acid producing mutant strain which is resistant to 6-(dimethylamino)-purine and which is derived from a parent strain belonging to the genus Brevibacterium or Corynebacterium in an aqueous culture medium and then recovering the L-aspartic acid which accumulates in the aqueous culture medium.

摘要: It is an object to prevent dies from interfering with each other when the dies are closed and effectively prevent overshoot of cavity temperature while efficiently performing heating of the dies. In an injection molding machine for two-material molding including two sets of a first injecting unit and a second injecting unit that respectively plasticize different resin materials and inject and fill the resin materials, prior to performing injection molding on the first injecting unit side on a secondary side, after injection molding on the second injecting unit side on a primary side, heating of the dies is started before 180-degree rotation of a rotary die plate is completed. After the start of heating, until the 180-degree rotation of the rotary die plate is completed, i.e., die closing is performed, die temperatures are maintained within a temperature range set higher than die temperatures during the heating start and lower than die temperatures during injection.

摘要: It is intended to utilize β-glucan produced by a bacterium belonging to Aureobasidium sp. From a bacterium belonging to Aureobasidium sp., a mutant with little pigment accumulation is constructed by a mutagenesis means of, for example, irradiating with ultraviolet light or treating with a mutagen. A culture obtained by culturing this mutant in a liquid culture medium is usable as a composition with a large β-glucan content without showing any intense dark green color caused by the accumulation of melanin-like pigments. This composition may be taken as such as a functional food having the physiologically active functions of the β-glucan-containing composition. Alternatively, it may be added to foods, drinks. food additives, cosmetics and so on.

摘要: An access log analyzer extracts significant information from an enormous amount of data of access logs of a Web server so as to appropriately display the result of analysis. The access log analyzer includes an FTP module for acquiring a log from a server to be analyzed, a pre-formatting module for pre-processing the acquired log, a pre-counting module for totaling preformatted data for each monitored item, a main diagnostic statement creating module for creating a main diagnostic statement for the monitored item of the pre-counted data, a sub-diagnostic statement creating module for creating a sub-diagnostic statement for data related to the main diagnostic statement, a diagnostic statement connecting module for connecting the diagnostic statements, and a dispatcher module for managing the execution of each of the modules. The diagnostic statement creating modules have the functions of calculating a Z value for a diagnosed item and then generating a diagnostic statement in a natural language if there is a variation larger than usual with reference to a diagnostic parameter describing a model of a diagnostic statement corresponding to the range of the Z value.
