摘要: Methods and devices are provided that collect intra-cardiac electrogram (EGM) signals over first and second sensing channels (channel-1 and channel-2 EGM signals, respectively) associated with an event of interest that includes a right ventricle (RV) and a left ventricle (LV), determine first, second and third global characteristics (GC) from the channel-1 and channel-2 EGM signals, and define a QRS start time within at least one of the EGM signals; and determine a threshold crossing. The methods and systems compare at least one of the first, second and third GC to the threshold crossing, select one of the first, second and third GC based on the comparing; defining a QRS end time, within at least one of the channel-1 and channel-2 EGM signals based on the one of the first, second and third GC selected, and calculate a QRS duration based on the QRS start time and QRS end time.

The processors then label the candidate beat as a pseudo-fusion beat based on the comparing and adjust the CRT based on the labeling.

摘要: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for optimizing pacing parameters of a cardiac pacing device implanted in a patient. The systems and methods measure a plurality of hemodynamic responses of the patient. Each hemodynamic response is associated with the cardiac pacing device configured with one candidate pacing parameter set of a plurality of candidate pacing parameter sets. Each candidate pacing parameter set is classified as electrically equivalent to a reference pacing parameter set according to a classification criterion. The systems and methods further identify an optimal hemodynamic response from the plurality of hemodynamic responses, and select a final candidate pacing parameter set corresponding to the optimal hemodynamic response.

A QRS start time is defined, within the EGM signal, based on the GSC and determining a local amplitude characteristic (LAC) for a segment of the EGM signal within a search window of the GAC under control of one or more processors within an implantable medical device (IMD) A QRS end time is defined, within the EGM signal, based on the LAC; and calculating a QRS duration based on the QRS start time and QRS end time under control of one or more processors within an implantable medical device (IMD).

摘要: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for determining a proposed ablation site in a cardiac chamber. A system includes an implanted device configured to record a plurality of intracardiac electrogram (IEGM) couples, and a mapping and ablation system communicatively coupled to the implanted device. The mapping and ablation system is configured to receive the recorded plurality of IEGM couples from the implanted device, calculate a parameter for each of the plurality of IEGM couples, determine, based on the calculated parameters, an area of origin for each IEGM couple, and determine an intersection between the determined areas of origin, wherein the intersection represents the proposed ablation site in the cardiac chamber.
