Abstract: In an adhesive composition for steel plate containing a rust preventive, a thermoplastic resin, and a thermosetting resin, the rust preventive is either of aluminum tripolyphosphate or magnesium phosphate, the thermoplastic resin is an acrylic resin, and the thermosetting resin is a phenol resin and an epoxy resin.
