Abstract: There is provided an order entry system including: a first microphone that picks up speech regarding order details of a first speaker; a second microphone that picks up speech regarding the order details of a second speaker for checking the order details of the first speaker; a speech recognizer that recognizes the speech regarding the order details of the first speaker which is picked up by the first microphone and the speech regarding the order details of the second speaker which is picked up by the second microphone; and an order data output that displays on a display, a display screen of order data regarding the order details of the first speaker, including a first speech recognition result of the speech regarding the order details of the first speaker and a second speech recognition result of the speech regarding the order details of the second speaker.

Abstract: A noise reduction device includes a processor that converts a noise signal collected by a microphone disposed in a control space into a noise signal in a frequency domain, a storage that stores the converted noise signal in the frequency domain as a reference signal, and a signal generator that generates a noise reduction signal for reducing the noise signal collected by the microphone at a control position of the control space. The processor determines whether or not the noise signal is non-stationary noise based on a frequency characteristic of the converted noise signal in the frequency domain and a frequency characteristic of the reference signal. When it is determined that the noise signal is the non-stationary noise, the processor controls the signal generator so as to cancel generation of the noise reduction signal.

Abstract: An audio feedback detection apparatus including: a first audio signal input unit configured to acquire a first audio signal collected by a microphone; a second audio signal input unit configured to acquire a second audio signal from an audio communication application to be output to a speaker; and an audio feedback determination unit configured to determine whether an audio feedback is present based on a correlation between a frequency characteristic of the first audio signal input to the audio communication application and a frequency characteristic of the second audio signal input to the speaker. One of the microphone and the speaker is located on a path in which the audio feedback occurs, and the other of the microphone and the speaker is located on a path in which the audio feedback does not occur.

Abstract: An audio processing system is provided with a speaker, a plurality of microphones, and an audio processing device. The audio processing device includes a plurality of filters that allow audio signals of audio collected by the plurality of microphones to pass any respective first bands included in a band of the audio output from the speaker, a plurality of delayers that delay the audio signals passed through the plurality of filters by delay times corresponding to the first bands respectively, a correlation value calculator that calculates a correlation value of a plurality of audio signals delayed respectively by the plurality of delayers and an audio signal of the audio output from the speaker, and a determinator that determines presence or absence of abnormality in the plurality of microphones and the speaker based on the correlation value.

Abstract: In a noise reduction device that generates and outputs a control sound signal for reducing noise, an internal loop control unit controls an internal loop in which a pre-output control sound signal that is acquired from a control sound output unit before output to a speaker is input to a sound receiver. A measurement unit measures an input level of a microphone sound signal and an input level of the pre-output control sound signal that has been input to the sound receiver in the internal loop. A fault detector uses the input level of the microphone sound signal and the input level of the pre-output control sound signal measured by the measurement unit to detect a fault in any one of the microphone, the sound receiver, the speaker, and the control sound output unit. A transmitter sends a result of fault detection performed by the fault detector to a management device.
