Abstract:
An intermediation method used in an intermediation system that includes an intermediation device determining a permission for application services requiring user authentication on a network, where in response to a user request, a first account used for a first service and a second account used for a second service, and a registration request for using the linking service linking the first application service and the second application service are associated with each other, when the two accounts are valid, as accounts usable in a linking service, an association between the first and second services is stored in the intermediation device, and when the user makes a request to use the linked services, that use is controlled by a query to the intermediation device regarding whether the account is associated as able to use the linking service.

Abstract:
A management method manages devices in a home includes, receiving operation information on one of the devices when an operation is performed for the one of the devices, specifying times at which the operation was performed, in accordance with the information, and receiving, whenever a state is entered when no one is expected to be home, time information when the state has been entered. Specifying in-home-absence times at which a state has been entered when no one is expected to be home, according to the time information, for each of the devices, calculating time differences for the specified operation times, and for each of the devices, specifying the performed operation as a first behavior of the person correlated to a behavior before the person leaves home, when variation of the calculated time differences of the corresponding one of the devices is equal to or lower than a threshold.
Abstract:
Specification of a time is received from a device that uses an in-home-presence probability calculation system, a probability that a person is at home at the specified time is calculated on the basis of a specified operation time and a specified correlation when the specified operation time is a time within a period of a certain time ending at the time at which the specification has been received, and information as to whether or not a person is at home is output to the device on the basis of the calculated probability.
Abstract:
Provided is a production apparatus that can produce a distribution content that offers an even richer color tone expression during playback of video. The production apparatus for producing a distribution content including distribution video data is constituted by an original acquisition unit that acquires original video data; a distribution video acquisition unit that acquires the distribution video data, the distribution video data having been generated by conversion of the original video data to a lower gradation; a difference generation unit that generates difference data between the original video data and the distribution video data; and an output unit that outputs the difference data. A playback apparatus plays back the distribution content.
Abstract:
The voice control device includes a sound source signal input unit, a frequency determination unit, a band controller, a sound image controller, and a voice output unit. The sound source signal input unit inputs a sound source signal of content from a sound source. The frequency determination unit determines a cutoff frequency. The band controller acquires a high frequency signal in a frequency band equal to or higher than the cutoff frequency and a low frequency signal in a frequency band equal to or lower than the cutoff frequency, from the sound source signal of the content. The sound image controller generates a plurality of sound image control signals for controlling sound images of the plurality of speakers, by controlling at least one of a phase and a sound pressure level of the high frequency signal. The voice output unit outputs the low frequency signal to a first speaker, and outputs the plurality of sound image control signals to a second speaker composed of a plurality of speakers.
Abstract:
An air conditioning device (10) is an air conditioning device (10) for a reclining seat (10) comprising a seat part (1b) and a backrest part (1a), the air conditioning device (10) comprising a ventilator and a controller (11). The ventilator is provided to at least one of the seat part (1b) and the backrest part (1a), and includes a first air flow path (A1, A2) formed inside the seat part (1b) or the backrest part (1a). The controller (11) determines a reclining state of the backrest part (1a) with respect to the seat part (1b), and controls air in the first air flow path (A1, A2) in accordance with the determined reclining state.
Abstract:
A recording medium enables special playback processing although part of the AV stream recorded therein is transformed. An AV stream, a first EP map, and a second EP map are recorded on the recording medium. In the AV stream, a part of the multiplexed stream including a first video stream and a second video stream is transformed. The first EP map indicates one or more entry points of the first video stream and the second EP map indicates one or more entry points of the second video stream. TS packets constituting I-pictures of the first video stream are indicated by every 4N-th entry point in the first EP map, and TS packets constituting I-pictures of the second video stream are indicated by the entry points whose presentation time is closest to the presentation time of any one of the every 4N-th entry point in the first EP map.
Abstract:
An electrostatic atomizing system includes an air flow path having an air intake port and an air exhaust port, a humidifying device, an electrostatic atomizing apparatus, a first sensor, and a control unit. The humidifying device humidifies the air taken in through the air intake port. The electrostatic atomizing apparatus includes an electrode section operable to produce charged particulate water by causing the water in the air humidified by the humidifying device to condense on an electrode and applying voltage to that electrode. Moreover, the electrostatic atomizing apparatus exhausts air that contains the charged particulate water through the air exhaust port. The first sensor senses at least one of humidity and temperature of the air humidified by the humidifying device. The control unit determines, based on a sensing result of the first sensor, if there is a fault in the humidifying device or the electrostatic atomizing apparatus, and outputs the result of the determination.
Abstract:
An electrostatic atomizing apparatus includes an air flow path, a humidifier, and electrode section, and a control unit. The air flow path has an air intake port and an air exhaust port. The humidifier includes a portion of the air flow path and humidifies air taken in through the air intake port. The electrode section includes a portion of the air flow path and produces charged particulate water by causing water in the air humidified by the humidifier to condense on an electrode and applying voltage to the electrode. A flow rate of the air in the air flow path is regulated in accordance with at least one of humidity and temperature of the air taken in through the air intake port.
