摘要: A solar cell module includes a resin substrate, a first resin layer, photoelectric converters, and a second resin layer. The first resin layer is provided under the resin substrate. The photoelectric converters are provided under the first resin layer. The second resin layer is provided under the first resin layer to penetrate the first resin layer or cover the first resin layer from outside to be glued to the resin substrate. Adjacent photoelectric converters are electrically connected to each other by a connecting member. A tensile modulus of elasticity of the first resin layer is lower than that a tensile modulus of elasticity of the resin substrate and a tensile modulus of elasticity of the second resin layer.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a surface-treated phosphor (11) in which the surface of an alkaline-earth silicate phosphor (12) containing a silicate of alkaline-earth metal is covered with a surface treatment layer (13), the method comprising: surface treatment which brings the alkaline-earth silicate phosphor (12) into contact with the surface treatment substance (23) molten or pyrolyzed to form the surface treatment layer (13) on the surface of the alkaline-earth silicate phosphor (12) wherein the surface treatment substance (23) is at least one selected from a group consisting of a sulfate, a phosphate, a carbonate, a borate, a boric acid, a titanate, and a fluoride.
